ABOUT ME I’ve lived in Fort Langley for over 30 years. My career as a Langley-based Medallion-ranked real estate agent (in the top 10% of sellers) began in 1992. My wife Nina and I were married shortly after that, in 1994. Our son, Justin, was born in June 2000, and in March 2004, we were blessed by the arrival of our daughter Andrea.

MY PROFESSIONAL AND VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCES CONNECT ME WITH SO MANY ASPECTS OF LIFE IN LANGLEY. I’VE BEEN: • A business owner • A paid call firefighter for over 25 years • A founding Director of the Fort Langley Jazz and Arts Festival • A founding director and past president of the Fort Langley Business Improvement Association • A treasurer and director of the North Langley Chamber of Commerce • A Board Director for Ishtar House, a safe house for women and children escaping violence I’m currently a Chairperson on the Fort Langley Community Association and a Board Director on the Fort Langley Legacy Foundation. I know and love Langley so well. From local market values, to schools, to community services, I understand what makes life in this community so rich. BE VISIBLE VIRTUALLY, OR BE VIRTUALLY INVISIBLE. It's really that simple. The ďŹ rst step in many homebuyers' searches is the good old home computer - not just the MLS, but Google, YouTube, Craigslist, Kijiji, and a myriad of other online touchpoints. If your home isn't on the Internet, you are missing out on a massive audience of potential buyers. And how you appear in an online search is even more important. For example, if you advertise your home on Craiglist without photos, you will get little to no response. Period. In these days of Google Earth and live streaming, people expect to get visuals right up front. Once intrigued by a still photo, a link to a comprehensive video walkthrough can quite literally compel a buyer to pick up the phone

and arrange to view your home in person. Then, if your realtor has done their job, a well-staged home should do the rest of the heavy lifting.
