Chocolate truffles

Ingredients: 1 box of biscuit mix 8 spoons of condensed milk 50gr. of butter (or margarine) A few drops of juice (or cointreau) 2 spoons of cola-cao (cocoa powder) Chocolate sprinkles

Directions: 1.- Put the biscuits in a plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin. 2.- Heat the butter in a saucepan until it melts. 3.- Put all the ingredients in a bowl. 4.- Stir the mixture with a spoon and then with your hands. Put it into the fridge. 4.- Shape the truffle mixture into small balls. 5.- Put the chocolate sprinkles on a plate and roll the truffles on them. 6.- Keep the truffles in the freezer for five minutes and then they are ready to eat.


Ingredientes: Un paquete de galletas (200 g.) 8 culleradas de leite condensado 50 g. de manteiga 1 chorro de zume ( ou un chorriño de cointreau) 2 culleradas de cola-cao Fideos de chocolate

Elaboración: 1.- Esmagamos as galletas nunha bolsa de plástico cun rodillo (ou podemos utilizar un pasapuré). 2.- Derretemos a manteiga nun cazo. 3.- Poñemos todos os ingredientes nun cunco. 4.- Remexemos cunha culler ata ter unha masa e deixamos enfriar un pouco na neveira. 5.- Facemos bólas pequeñas coa masa. 6.- Espolvoreamos as bólas nos fideos. 7.- Metémolas un pouco no conxelador e listas para comer.
