Do you enjoy singing?

Would you like to help raise funds for St Ann’s Hospice?

If your answer is YES, you are invited to sing with St Ann’s Hospice Festival Choir which was founded by John Pomphrey, our Music and Artistic Director. The aim of the choir is to raise funds for, and awareness of the work of the Hospice, whilst enjoying singing for pleasure. Over the last 30 years the choir has donated over £750,000 to the Hospice.

We have two annual concerts in June and December, at Stockport Town Hall. Rehearsals are at Cheadle Hulme Methodist Church on Friday evenings 7.15 – 9.30pm. for 9 weeks prior to each concert, so many of our choir member also sing with other choirs. Our Summer Concert rehearsals begin on Friday 14th April 2023 and you are welcome to come along and ‘sit in’ on a rehearsal. Our ‘Summer Celebrations’ concert is at Stockport Town Hall on Sunday 11th June at 7.30pm. Tickets will be available from choir members and through a link on our website.

We are eager to welcome new Choir members – particularly Tenors and Basses! If you enjoy singing and would like to join us, we would love to hear from you. Find out more on our website www.hospicechoir.org, or contact us by email: hospicechoir@aol.com
