Based on our target market, our bags will be sold in hip/urban areas. This includes places like Chelsea,

NY, Brooklyn, NY and San Francisco, CA. Areas like Chelsea, include a large population of young, working men and women. Most households consist of single man and woman with a median age of 38. The average household income in this area is around $98,000 per year (“Chelsea Neighborhood in New York”). Our products will also be on track with the lifestyles in surrounding neighborhoods, as well including Soho and Meatpacking District, which serve to younger, hip lifestyles. These people are part of Bohemian Mix. They live very liberal lifestyles of various ethnicity. These young achievers are normally in their twenties, and have recently relocated to a fast-paced area (“PRIZM Lifestage Group”). Because of the 2008 recession, the consumer was pushed to look for newer options in the handbag/

luggage area, hence prompting them to look for affordable luxury. This shift in consumer behavior has changed the market, and allowed for maturity in the handbag sector, especially in the affordable luxury category. Aspirational brands since then have been pushing for higher prices, in fear to not be distinguished and noticed as a true luxury brand. This increase in prices may be helpful for differentiation, but it scares the consumers away since they are aware that products used to be cheaper, therefore, giving place to more affordable brands to gain consumers they did not have before.

Using her vast experience in numbers and fashion, she works mainly as the CFO. Maria’s duties include making the buying plans, as well as tracking the revenue/profit of the company. ANGELA KASTRUNES is one of co-creators of Tres. Graduating with a BFA in Fashion Marketing and Management from Savannah College of Art and Design, she received a strong background in PR from college internships at companies including CFDA, Nanette Lepore, NYFW, and Diesel Jeans. Focusing mainly in the PR department of Tres, she reaches out to magazines, sends samples to bloggers, and works closely with the event planner to host sponsored parties. GEORGIANA KNOX is a co-creator of Tres. By French definition the word tres means very (in regards to fashionable quality), while the Spanish translation of the word is defined as three. Mirroring the root of the word, Tres has developed a handcrafted accessory line with a main function of transformation.

FALL 2016 COLLECTION Our first collection “Brooklyn” draws inspiration from the the New York City borough. highlighting the brand’s relaxed yet refined style for the customer on-the-go. Whether commuting to work or heading to the local farmer’s market Tres becomes a part of the journey.

Another key feature of our product line is the fabric properties of neoprene which is both durable and water-resistant. Providing protection for todays technology was major factor we took into consideration when designing our bags.

Our signature product, The Tres, exemplifies our brand image by providing a product that functions in three ways. It can be worn as a tote bag, fold down into a clutch, or a removable strap can be attached to wear across your body. Our transformable accessory is seamlessly translated across multiple occasions which adds intrinsic value.

BRYNN McKINSTRY is a co-creator of Tres. She obtained an AA in communications from the University of Florida and a BFA in Fashion Marketing and Management from Savannah College of Art and Design. Working at stores including Francesca and Loft, Brynnâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s personal skills make her the perfect fit as the President of the company. She focuses in the event planner sector, and looks over all sectors of the company. MARIA BRADY is one of the co-creators of Tres. She graduated with a BBA in Finance from University of North Georgia and and BFA in Fashion Marketing and Management from Savannah College of Art and Design. Using her vast experience in numbers and fashion, she works mainly as the CFO. Mariaâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s duties include making the buying plans, as well as tracking the revenue/profit of the company. ANGELA KASTRUNES is one of co-creators of Tres. Graduating with a BFA in Fashion Marketing and Management from Savannah College of Art and Design, she received a strong background in PR from college internships at companies including CFDA, Nanette Lepore, NYFW, and Diesel Jeans. Focusing mainly in the PR department of Tres, she reaches out to magazines, sends samples to bloggers, and works closely with the event planner to host sponsored parties. GEORGIANA KNOX is a co-creator of Tres. Receiving a BFA in Fashion Marketing and Management from Savannah College of Art and Design, Georgie had a fantastic design background-in graphics/layout to be exact.
