How to create Google Forms for TESTS / SURVEYS To start using Google Forms, you will need to access your Google Drive Account (formerly Google Documents). If you do not have a Google account, you can make a Google Drive account using your personal / college email.
STEP 1 SIGN UP Go to google.com, search for ‘google drive’, click Sign up
Complete the form and click create my account

Label your form (title, a description of what this form is for) Start typing questions and select the type of responses (e.g. multiple choice, text)

FAQ Q: How do I know who submitted what? A: You can check using the timestamp and you can create a question e.g. Write down your ID number / email / name Q: How do I edit the form? A: Sign in to your Google drive, open the file and click form, edit form Q: How can I change the theme? A: Go to the form and click on theme, select and apply Q: How can I add another question?
