TSM has vast experience in undertaking studies of Traffic Impacts resulting from potential traffic generation by proposed developments. We have undertaken Traffic Impact Assessments for a wide range of planning proposals for commercial, industrial, residential and retail developments as well as educational institutions and tourist attractions. Road safety review It is essential that the road safety implications of all highway improvement and transportation infrastructure ammendments are fully considered for all users of the highway. It is equally important that the provision of new infrastructure, or modifications relating to new developments, will also experience the same level of independent review throughout and after the design process. We are proud to be the first local team of independent road safety auditors in Singapore. We have undertaken reviews for different stages of road projects such as feasibility design, preliminary design, detailed design, pre-opening, post construction, road works and existing facilities. We have reviewed projects of varying scales ranging from single intersections to multistage road projects and from specific requirement reviews to complete project life cycle reviews. We have reviewed more than 50 road projects in Singapore and a few overseas traffic schemes.
