Anijam RIT Competition RIT Anijam Anijam is a 24-hour animation competition. 2016 Theme: “When the Earth Stood Still”. Animation: “Gods’ Game”, created in collaboration with Team Fantastic Four. All music and sfx files are open-source, and can be readily found at freesound.com. Character Design, Story Concept, Storyboarding, Background Painting, Sound Design, Character Colorist and Supportive Animator, by Angelica Agelviz.

“Sandmen”. Original one-shot comic, 20 pages long and published online. “Sandmen” tells the story of two youngsters (Jon and June) travelling a world made up of deserts and mountains, where they must find their respective “doors” to go back to their original worlds. Tools: Ink, scanner, Adobe Photoshop and Adope Illustrator.

Angélica Agélviz is a young artist of Puertorican and Venezuelan descent. She graduated from Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, and has studied art all through-out her young life. Since early on in her career, she has taken great pleasure in illustrating stories. It has always been a dream of hers to illustrate children’s books and be an animator in a children’s movie or television program.
