Curtain Wall The simple material palette of the project includes clay bricks (an ordinary low embodied energy material), exposed brickwork (1st class), RCC structure (a gridded prefabricated system making use of fly ash), locally available stone, etc. The idea was to have a zero maintenance building and a long lasting external finish like exposed brickwork that will give the building a timeless character.
