Teachers Protest; More than 15 months without receiving salaries.

In Mexicali, more than two thousand teachers protested at the ISEP (Facilities of the State Educational System), in order to receive their payment. This affected their socioeconomic state, rights and time, as the teachers had 15 months without being paid.
