HOW TO‌ Draw a hand
Author: CristĂłbal Capiz Orozco
When drawing most we find the inconvenient that the hands are a very difficult part to draw. Here we show you the steps to correctly draw a human hand. The first step is to draw a sketch that consists of a series of stripes whose purpose is to be a guide of the proportions that must have the hand. First a figure that will be the palm and from it will extend a few stripes that will be the fingers, in the upper part there will be four fingers where the longest is the middle finger, then the index and the ring have the same length and the little finger is The smallest, finally the thumb is the same length as the little finger and this is located on the side of the thumb and should be somewhat crooked. The second step is to draw the outline of the fingers, for this you only have to first draw the divisions of the fingers, three in each except the thumb. The thumb should be the thickest. The third step is to first erase the first lines that were drawn for the fingers and then draw the details in the palm and improve the lines of the division of the fingers. The fourth step would be to mark the drawing with pen and draw the wrist, which is only the outline and tendon that is located in the lower middle. The fifth and final step is to draw the shadows. Always keep in mind where the light would come to hand. As you can see, drawing a hand is not so difficult when you have the guidelines indicated for hero, with practice you could draw them whit more complex positions.

Editorial: The Good Things of Meditation
Everyone has ever heard of meditation, many people relate it as a religious practice, however, people who practice it take it as a way of life. Meditation is a practice that involves an individual who is induced to a state of consciousness in order to feel good about himself, have some bodily benefit, feel good spiritually or just for relaxation, there are many reasons why people perform this Practice, but these are the main ones. The term meditation encompasses a great number of practices, these have different uses, they can be techniques for relaxation, build a spiritual internal energy for greater interior advancement or to raise your vibratory level. Many healthy people recommend meditation as something very important in their lives, since they do it to complement their life, it has become for many a daily practice, practicing meditation at the beginning may cost, because concentrate is not easy and take away thoughts Diaries also, usually at the beginning of this practice recommend starting with 15 minutes can be accompanied by music, mantras or without music, it is better that each day are increasing the time of meditation as you can see the benefits in the short term, increasing Practice until you reach 30 minutes, 45 minutes and up to 1 hour. There are different positions to carry it out, like the lotus position, you can do it lying down, sitting but the most important thing is to do it with your back straight. Personally I think it's a very important practice, I started to meditate a little and my life has changed, I have been presented with many beautiful things and coincidences of life that changed my way of thinking and seeing life. I practice it for about 20 minutes, before I did it daily however, it has become almost impossible for me to meditate and relax, personally I decided to practice meditation If everyone, as humanity, could achieve daily meditation,
everyone would change their
way of thinking and society would probably advance positively,
perform impacting things with
our body, we would be healthier mentally and physically,
there would be no diseases or
they would be very scarce, all We would support society,
there would be no bad
people, we would live very well because there would
be a balance in nature
and in the environment that surrounds us. I see
meditation as something
good that should be done every day and fundamental
part of each person.

GAME REVIEW The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Author: Cristรณbal Capiz Orozco Breath of the Wild is the latest title of this famous saga of video games, which is one of the longest videogames saga, with more than 30 years of existence. Is available for Wii U and Nintendo Switch. There was enough controversy around this game, because it was delayed by two years, but all controversy and anger over this fact disappeared when it finally hit the market, because the game is excellent. This game will be analyzed for their visual and audio features, gameplay, narrative and its impact on the series to which it belongs. From the first teaser in 2014 we realized that in this game has put an incredible emphasis on the visual section, because the artistic direction captivated most who saw it, a style based slightly on Impressionism, but much more marked in its base in the Japanese animation. Although the consoles for which it is available are not the best in graphics, the game looks beautiful, landscapes are the best, because it has a very wide rendering range, so much that you can see from an edge from the map to the opposite side. Nature, which is the true soul of the game, is represented with plants, forests and many animals, very well detailed and with realistic behaviors, which give the player a feeling that he is actually in a real world. The textures when approaching much look a little pixelated and they take time to load, but they do very well with their job. In the sound section in The legend of Zelda has always stood out a lot, because this saga has some of the best musical themes of
3
video games, this case is not the exception, although, for this delivery they have given a different address for two reasons, the first, is by the change of composer; since the beginning of the saga Koji Kondo, who is also composer of other themes as the main theme of Mario bros, had been the composer, but this time it is a different composer; the second reason is that contrary to other games, here the music tries to be discreet, it is environmental, as it combines with environmental sounds of nature, bird songs, the sound of the wind, and the sounds of other animals. It really is an incredible soundtrack, conveys feelings of adventure and epic, the best of this saga. The gameplay in this game is a delight, the relationship between our character's movement and the atmosphere is exquisite, because Link's new abilities allow you to climb, jump and plan through the air when you are in high places; therefore, even if the map is huge, it never gets tedious to walk through it, because it is very fun to go through the hills,
canyons, bridges and so on. The combat system is the traditional one, but with the addition that dodging the attacks at the
GAME REVIEW right moment activates a fury mode in which you can hit several strokes at high speed. One more added to the gameplay are the so-called modules, which are tools that are necessary throughout the adventure and are unlimited, but with time limit. And the last addition is the most controversial, because not many pleased, and we have a huge arsenal of weapons and shields, but these are not forever, after a time they break, so it will be necessary to create strategies for an extreme situation in which your most powerful weapon breaks. The story of this game is a rarity in the world of video games, It is not the games that present the story and the background directly interrupting the gameplay abruptly; neither is it from those games that the story is very ambiguous, they do not tell anything directly and the player has to intuit it; Breath of the Wild has a story, but you only discover it if you want, you can say that the story is optional, if you have enough skill you could finish it within 10 minutes of starting it without knowing anything. If you decide to know the story you will encounter charismatic characters, which makes you really care about saving the world. The story is about the kingdom of Hyrule that is in ruins, because 100 years ago a force of evil called Calamity Ganon attacked the kingdom and destroyed them; Link, the protagonist, awakens in a strange cave without remembering anything at all, but soon learns that he defended the kingdom 100 years ago but was defeated. The story tells you in two ways, the first is direct, showing us cinematic that give us a rather brief
vision; The second is discovering it through memories that we must look for to know the characters and the different events of the past and to have a better notion of why the things of the now are as they are. In general, it is a very good story, although it leaves some unknowns and loose ends, but, it is satisfactory. Without a doubt, Breath of the Wild is a watershed in the saga of The legend of Zelda, as it breaks with many of the mechanics and traditional aspects that have been built in all its years of existence. To start this game is open world in more ways than one, because not only is it has a map that you can explore with total freedom, but also open in a sense that can be played in many ways, each person has his way Different from solving puzzles and how to progress in the game, the world they created is coupled excellently to any attitude that you decide to face this game, very different from the so linear way of delivery raisin, where there was only one way Pass the challenges. A tradition in The Legend of Zelda saga is Dungeons, which have always been the funniest part, but in this case, it is different, because now the Dungeons are completely optional, as well as being much shorter and very few; The Dungeons have been somewhat displaced by so-called Sanctuaries, which are Dungeons, but much smaller, but with the advantage of being many, more than 100. This game changes a lot of things that we thought a Zelda is, but it has undoubtedly been a fresh air that has seated wonderful to this saga of video games. It is an experience which most players are willing to repeat, hopefully the next delivery will rescue a lot of what this game has done.

Piano is an acoustic instrument, invented in the 1700’s, acquires its name from the Italian terms for “soft” and “loud”, and is derived from the word pianoforte. This instrument, although it has more than three hundred years, it is still very popular in our decade, being the accompaniment in bands, in some orchestras or even played solo in modern musical pieces. In this interview, we are looking the piano on another perspective, the educational perspective, seen as a pianist teacher. José Ramón Tirado is a classical piano teacher; he is 48 years old and has been teaching for 28 years teaching piano, he owns the “Franz Liszt Escuela de Música”, located in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. We interviewed him, and here are his answers:
Why do you like your job? “It is something that I had always done, it’s what I studied, and I like it because it is a wonderful experience to share with people, work with them, from the ages of 4 years to elder people. I have always liked it, because I’m a musician, and I like to teach people what music is, what I do.
What is your favorite instrument? My favorite instruments are piano and guitar; I have studied both in a formal way, not only as a hobby. These is, reading notes, practicing it, perfecting it, and reaching deeper in the instrument. This doesn’t mean that I know everything; it means that I’m more focused on the instrument.
What is the most important thing for you in this moment? The most important thing in this moment for me is to keep growing up as a person; music is something that has helped me. Also, sharing my knowledge of classical formal music to my students in order to make them feel the music as the authors intended it.
What is your favorite piano piece? For me, there is no single piano piece that I prefer, there are beautiful pieces from different authors, such as Tchaikovsky, Chopin, Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, but one in particular that marked my life, and even influenced in the school’s name, is Franz Liszt ‘s Nocturne, Dream of Love.
What was your formation before being a teacher? I prepared, studied Music, I assisted particular classes, but at college studied different instruments as piano, guitar, mandolin, accordion, flute, keys, bass, and the drum. This has helped me deepen my knowledge in music, but I also studied for being a piano teacher, studying different subjects, theory, educational sciences, harmony, sol-fa, all of that to be able to prepare to impart music classes.
9
What is the most difficult thing to do as a piano teacher? The most challenging thing as a teacher is when a student doesn’t want to practice, but is obligated by the parents, because, this is not about the difficulty to find a method because he doesn’t understand it, the student doesn’t wish that new knowledge, but we don’t despise them, we eager for them, because somehow we manage to make the student comfortable with music and attain the knowledge.
Do you feel that it has been a long time since you started being a teacher? For me, time goes fast, I haven’t felt this past 28 years , because I like my job, I enjoy it, I don’t feel any discomfort.
What is the maintenance a piano needs to stay tuned? The piano needs maintenance depending on the person and its purpose with the piano. A pianist that has taken advanced classes or he practices constantly will need to tune the piano more often, maybe three or four times a year. On the other hand, if the student doesn’t practice too much it will not require maintenance too often.
Was learning piano difficult for you? I didn’t struggle when learning piano, I suited my schedules in order to dedicate more time for the practice of piano. I even left water, some snacks, and fruit in order to not get out of the piano seat. I even analyzed the piano pieces when I was resting or eating on my break, taking more advantage of my time.
Do you have another activity besides being a piano teacher? I give maintenance to the pianos; this is something that I think all musicians must know, but most of them just dedicate to their respective instrument.
Is teaching piano classes a hobby for you? Teaching piano is a hobby, is something that I like, it’s fun with some students, and it teaches me as a human, as a teacher. We have had students with “limitations” as autism, schizophrenia, depression… with each of one I learn in a different way. “ José Ramón has spent almost his entire life teaching piano for people from the ages of 4 years old to 81 years old, overcoming obstacles and looking forward to approach them and solve each with the same enthusiasm that he had shown this past 28 years.

PROYECT MK-ULTRA Project MKUltra sometimes referred to as CIA’s mind control program; they made human experiments, they tortured and created problems with foreigner people, U.S.A civilians and Russian spies, some of the problems were diseases and violations of human rights, the goal was search of techniques for Cold War. Before this project, some precursor’s experiments were made by the Nazi’s Scientifics. As a result, they began MKUltra; a small amount of members of the government knew its existence. The CIA made this program for Cold War causing and making experiments and tortures; they made goals for this project, they thought this would be a good excuse for mind control experiments but they don’t imagined the damages and the consequences they would create, abusing civilians and making experiments with LSD. The program began in the early 1950’s, was officially sanctioned in 1953, the meaning of MKUltra; MK is a cryptonym for secret programs, followed by the word Ultra which had previously been used to designate the most secret classification of WWII intelligence, the project was sponsored by the agency’s Technical Services Staff. In 1945 the Joint Intelligence Objectives Agency was established and given direct responsibility for Operation Paperclip a precursor experiment, the program recruited former Nazi scientists after several programs, they created MKUltra. Headed by Sidney Gottlieb, The project was started on the order of CIA by director Allen Welsh Dulles on April 13, 1953. Its aim was to develop mind-controlling drugs, as well as, use this against the soviet bloc in Cold War. Most MKUltra records were deliberately destroyed in 1973 by order of Richard Helms, of then CIA director; it has been difficult, if not impossible, to investigate and understand of the more than 150 sub-projects sponsored by MKUltra and related programs. 11
Author: Pedro Martínez
MKUltra was concerned with the research and development of chemical biological and radiological materials capable of employment in clandestine operations to control human behavior. One of the experiments was to develop mind-controlling drugs to use against soviets, they use mind control techniques on U.S war prisoners. The scope of MKUltra effort, Subproject 54, was the Navy’s top secret “Perfect Concussion” program, which was supposed to use sub-aural frequencies, blasts to erase memory. However, the program was never carried out. Some of the tortures were sensory deprivation, drugs, isolation, etc; this made the human body to get at max resistance, they used physical methods to create harm, shocks, confusion, paralysis and mental confusion, they used a lot of substances to knockout the body; the objective was develop effective methods of torture and interrogation for information. The early effort of MKUltra involved the testing of Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD), first synthesized in 1938. CIA operatives wanted to know if foreign intelligence agents could defect against their will. Subjects the least likely to “put up a fight” were chosen; LSD would also be administered to doctors, military personnel, CIA agents, and members of the general public, most cases without their knowledge. On the other hand, there were allegations that scientists, hire and then drugging to prostitutes; the few subjects who did volunteer were usually singled out for the more extreme experiment. The Watergate scandal in 1972 would start to bring major government impropriety to the public’s attention; Richard Helms ordered the cancellation of MKUltra and the immediate destruction of all documents and files.
12
From my perspective MKUltra was a huge project from CIA with the goal of search of interrogation techniques in Cold War, causing a lot of consequences to third persons and violations of human’s rights. At the end of project the director of CIA, made the call to destroy all documents linked to all MKUltra projects, but nevertheless the damage was already done. Tortures and experiments were made with a lot of people, a lot of programs were created, approximately more than 150 sub-projects, most of this were funded by institutions, colleges and universities. This project made a lot of damages, some of this irreversible to people, they killed humans for research, those persons were U.S.A civilians; for this experiments they created problems with some members of the government causing this project to shut down. All secrets and evil projects have an end, it doesn’t matter if you don’t say the truth or try to cover up something, experiments, tortures and other inhuman things, at the end this will be known by someone and my opinion this project is a crime against humanity not recognized around the world.
HUMOR A funny true story
Author: Cristรณbal Capiz Orozco
This is an anecdote from when I went with my cousins and uncles on vacation to Ixtapa Zihuatanejo more than 7 years ago, was about 10 years old, we went to a hotel not far from the beach, we were in a great apartment. The hotel had a pool and we were very moved by my cousins and me. The next day after breakfast and doing some more things finally came the time that all the children were waiting, and was to go swimming in the psychine. We put on the swimsuit and went out to the pool, our moms put a blocker on us and finally we could have fun in the pool, we swam, we splashed water, we got stuck and more. The least of the cousins was my cousin Cali, as it was the smallest law to annoy her and ignore her. After a long time, perhaps an hour, my cousin Cali told us "they should leave the pool, if they are not going to burn" and as I said, being the youngest nobody cared, so we stayed there. A while later we would leave ... and we would suffer the karma, we all burned, we had red skin like shrimp and we could hardly move complaining of the pain, all but our cousin Cali, the only one that could move without problems. The burns continued to bother for a few more days.

Do the Easter Island Heads Really Have Bodies?
Author: Pedro MartĂnez
The statues, whose traditional name is moai, were carved from volcanic rock between A.D. 1100 and 1500 by ancient Polynesians. They range in size, with the tallest reaching 10 meters. Although their significance is still somewhat of a mystery, the moai are thought to have been representations of the indigenous peoples' ancestors. Moai statues were built to honor important people who had passed away. They were placed on rectangular stone platforms called ahu, which are tombs for the people that the statues represented. The moais were intentionally made with different characteristics since they were intended to keep the appearence of the person it represented. There are around 1000 statues, up to 86 tons tons in weight and 10 m in height, though average is around half of that. 95% of the moais were carved from the volcano of the island. This location was chosen since it consists to a great extent of tuff, which is what the moais from this volcano consist of. Tuff is compressed volcanic ash and is easy to carve, which was necessary since the natives had no metal to carve with, but used only stone tools; the so called toki. One of the biggest Easter Island mysteries is how stone age tribes could succeed in transporting 50+ ton moai statues kilometers across hilly terrain. There are several transportation theories, some of which are more generally accepted than others The mysterious statues of Easter Island, there are hundreds of ancient and huge statues that are located along the island, carved stone that protect the island located in the Pacific, according to an e-mail that shows the ravages on the site. The e-mail, which was introduced in mid-2012, contained stunning photographs of Easter Island, where they show us that archaeologists were in the process of digging up the bodies of statues that were gradually buried 500 years ago by erosion. There was a certain confusion on the part of the public, since the photographs that were shown in the mail were of some more ancient excavations, according to the investigators and excavators of the heads. Nevertheless; some of the most famous heads have been discovered on the slopes of a nearby volcano, of which they have had body, but rather torso. There are statues that have body but are not very common. The new excavation work is intended to document for the first time the complex carvings found in the buried bodies of the statues, which have been protected by the weather for their burial. In addition, the project will help preserve the ancient monoliths. 15

It was the year 1994 in Toronto Canada, a young 19 years old boy named Damien Blacksmith had moved not long ago to an apartment on the outskirts of the urban area of the city along with her best friend whom we will call Rose. Both were friends since 17 years ago and the bond between them was really strong because in the way their personalities could get complete one with the other, one day strolling in the cold streets of the city they stood with an antique store where they saw an old but interesting painting, in the painting appeared a naked woman sitting on the edge of a bed while staring down, both decided to buy it and take it to the apartment due to the little upholstery that it had. Already at night, both tired and in their respective beds they could hear sounds coming from the living room (place where they hung the paint), sounds that they couldn’t identify since they didn´t sound like an animal that these knew and much less like the sounds that a human being could make. When they went down they both observed how the picture was a totally reddishblack color and from it came a kind of body with symptoms of having suffered a mighty accident, once it was outside the picture he gave the pair of friends face and both were petrified to see that he did not have a part of his own face. The pair of young friends as they saw this they decided to run to face the spectrum that was in his living room but he had such an ability to move that he threw himself on the boy and bitted the neck killing him instantly, after this the girl would run to her room where she would hide under the bed, but that was not enough for the spectrum to detect her, knowing where she was, he sat on the edge of the bed and waited until she would be ready to give up and die. It is said that whoever buys the picture of the woman seated at the edge of the bed will expect a certain death on the first day of its obtaining.

We got into the car and we go to school, Lazaro Cardenas we realized that there was a lot of traffic, here I told myself that I was not reach my school in time so I lost hope, however, we were able to relieve the traffic quickly, when we arrived at school and it was 1 minute to 7:30, when I got out of the car quickly I went to the room, I ran and so I fell, fell to the ground and rang the bell, I quickly went to the classroom, but it was too late to play and they were all inside, I asked the teacher that if I let it 23

pass, the teacher was Very strict so he said he would not let me in, he told me that I had to be responsible for my actions and that I had to face the consequences of these, I wanted to explain what happened to me but it was in vain, the teacher's decision was already taken and he did not change opinion. I left the room a little sad for not arriving in time and for the sermon that the teacher told me, I went to some shelves outside in an esplanade and I feel there to finish the first hour to be able to enter the classroom, but I fell asleep , luckily a friend of mine woke up but my luck ended when I realized that I had awakened at the time of recess, had already spent 4 hours, I was in shock a moment, to be able to process what happened, at the end of the recess, I entered the room, all day until the time of the departure I did not speak with almost anyone, I felt very bad for having skipped so many classes and to have lost many learnings, when leaving the school unfortunately I got a call of attention for lacking 4 hours to classes, besides calling my parents, this could not have gotten worse I said to myself

It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon, my dad went to pick me up at the school, when I got in the car he told me that he had been called because he had skipped classes, I explained the situation that I had fallen asleep and that I was not allowed to enter The first hour, my father was very understanding and I do not scold or punish, that's why I love my parents because they are very understanding, only told me that next time don’t fall asleep. As an experience I learned that I should never fall asleep at the time of going to school in the mornings and for what happened to me I never got back late to school or anywhere else, I became very punctual when I was referred to a place Or when I go to school I arrive super early.

Most of us at some point of our life´s, seated on the couch; while we were watching TV we get to see this commercial about how amazing and fun a videogame console was, showing us the huge amount of action and adventures of every single game it has, in this post I am going to tell you about my vague memory about the first videogame console that my parents bought me. It was the year of 2001, I was at least 3 years old and my older brother was 7 years old, we were both very united at that time and spent a lot of time doing different types of activities, one day while we were watching TV a peculiar commercial appeared on the screen, it was about a the videogame console Nintendo 64, when we saw it we felt a sensation of adrenaline and excitement for the amount of action that those games had like Super Smash Bros, that game was one of my favorites because I never thought I would see Mario fighting Yoshi or Pikachu fighting Donkey Kong. I looked back at my brother and we both stared at each other with a face of “We need it urgently”. We both knew how great it would be you play against each other, so we went directly with our mom, who was cleaning the house and told her about this amazing thing that appeared just moments before, at the beginning she refused as quick as a the flapping of a hummingbird, mainly because buying it would mean the both of us spending all the day in front of the TV playing and eating (and she wasn´t wrong), obviously we resort to our father who was our miracle for that situation and after a long talk trying to convince him we ended in a deal were that gift would count as a birthday present and Christmas present for sboth of us, being the only way they will accept buying us the videogame console. A couple of days later my parents would arrive at my house with what seemed to be a gift for both of us, my brother and I knew what it could be but we just want it to be sure it was, and in fact it was what we expected, the Nintendo 64, I don´t really remember that moment of excitement but I know we were both really
32
happy for that gift. Since that day my brother and I would have many funny moments playing it, from both being really excited trying to unlock Ness or the secret stage “The Mushroom Kingdom” in Super Smash Bros to us fighting because the other “Cheated” or won in a “Dirty way” in Mario Party 3. Moments like this are the ones that come to my mind when I see that console at the leaving room of my house and in some occasions my brother and I sit down to play for just one more fight and one more memory that we can share in the future and feel the nostalgia of how old we have become with the pass of the time.

Basketball is a non-contact team sport played on a rectangular court by two teams of five players each. Basketball began with its invention in 1891 in Springfield, Massachusetts by Canadian physical education instructor James Naismith as a less injury-prone sport than football. The game became established fairly quickly and grew very popular as the 20th century progressed, first in America and then throughout the world. Álvaro Ignacio Hernández García is a student who is on the CETYS High School basketball team; he is 17 years old and plays basketball in this school located in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico. We interviewed him, and here are his answers: Where were you born? I was born here in the city of Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico What do you study at the moment? I am currently attending the sixth semester in high school here at CETYS University at Campus Mexicali. What do you plan to study or dedicate to in the future? Currently planned to study in CETYS, I am seeing if in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, I still do not decide in which career to choose. One of my plans is, if I study industrial engineering, it would be to finish the carrier and then to do a mastery in structure in the CETYS and I pretend to make my own company on construction of houses or public places more than nothing. If I study mechanical engineering, I will probably do a specialty, I think right there in CETYS and I plan to have several workshops. Besides studying these two specialties, I would like to leave for exchange, I would like to go to Germany, I would also like to go to know United States for the part of Seattle, Boston and Washington. For you, what is basketball? For me basketball more than anything I consider it as a door that opens other doors, because when playing basketball they offer you scholarships in different parts and you get better education, also since you have that scholarship you still play basketball in all the universities or in the university that you want to go, and you maintain a scholarship and you make that your parents pay less by the university and you do not have to stress them to pay certain tuitions.
36
Interview: Álvaro Hernández Have you won championships in your sports career? Name them. Competitions I won several but at municipal and state level, in municipal I have won all the interprepas I have had, there have been three, I have also won one called municipal league that is made in Ciudad Deportiva, I have won one called UNINVITAVER which is organized in UABC is in summer time, at the state level I have won interprepas , national and state level also gave me once cup in Tijuana called champagnat which is in honor of a person who founded a school and in that school the tournament is held. At national level I have not won in the first place, I have been in competitions and I have been runner-up and in third place but I have not won any, those that I have been runner-up are two National Olympics, on third one interprepa and another second place was in a competition called ADEMEBA. Do you spend a lot of time in basketball? How much and why? Or why not? I currently spend 2 hours each day, 10 a week plus 2 a day in physical work that would be in the gym, which would be 20 hours a week. What benefits can basketball bring? Health and physically In this point of health and the physical, before I was a very chubby person, in fact when I started playing basketball I had some problems of being overweight, but when I went to a doctor with a nutritionist and put me on a diet and with exercise that I do in basketball and with the diet I could lose weight, at this moment I can say that I am a thin person I do not have any health problems and also basketball helps me to have condition and to avoid addictions like alcohol and drugs because I stay very busy training. What is the most difficult thing about basketball? The hardest thing in basketball is not something that I would call difficult but rather circumstantial, because there are times that you have to go to play to other parts like Ensenada or Tijuana or you can go to play a national, anywhere in Mexico and that limits you a lot because sometimes you miss outings, parties or important things that you would like to do but at the moment you can’t, to go to play, but also training restricts you a little in going out and going out with your friends or your girlfriend.

Interview: Álvaro Hernández
Author: Pedro Martínez
What attitudes or disciplines do you acquire in basketball? In the attitudes and disciplines as I said, it take away from drugs like alcohol, tobacco things like that because you have to maintain a good physique to be able to continue at a high level, besides that brings you values such as companionship, solidarity, respect and also teaches you the value of never giving up, because when you are playing basketball you never know who will win or how far the game ends and if you don’t give up you can go up or win a game that is already lost. In addition to this I feel that basketball has helped me in the aspect of security because when I started to play basketball I have become a safer person of my own, it helps me make important decisions, has made me a more mature person and I think I started to grow as a person If you had to change something about basketball, what would it be and why? I believe that the duration of tournaments, as I said before, to the tournaments that I have been, have been quite long for example in the municipal stage for 3 days in the regional stage lasting 4 to 5 days and in the national stage during 5 to 8 days, I think that the tournament can be played with the same intensity in less amount of days, because those days you can lose them in school, with your friends or with a relationship that you have, I consider that if the organizers do the tournaments at the same time, I think you have a chance to do more things. Does a person's weight influence the sport? Explain why Referring to this sport the weight is very important, because it is a sport called sport burst, it is called like that because all the time you have to be running, if you are not a person who has good condition and is not thin, it would be difficult to be able to run one way and turn the whole game without stopping and obviously if you have a greater weight you will tire faster than a person who does not have weight comparing an obese person, in addition to this, in basketball you are more athletic than in other sports, usually almost all athletes who play this sport have a good physical or are thin. What kind of training do you have to get better performance and better in sports? Which are? The exercises that I do are training from Monday to Friday from 6 to 8 in the afternoon, 2 hours a day and in addition to this I go with a physical trainer called Hector Vildosola, currently the coach of CETYS University, he puts me do gym exercises, lifting weights, exercises with league, things of agility and this has really helped me, since I have become faster and agile, besides I have gained more condition.
38
Interview: Álvaro Hernández What are the most important rules of basketball? Basketball rules and points, I say that only punctuality in training and attendance can be considered, because if you go constantly to train and arrive on time, obviously all the exercise you do becomes a better athlete and each time you are improving a little every time, another important rule would be, respect because you are in a sport that you need to work as a team and if there is no respect in the team, obviously it can’t be a good team, other rules can be always give more than the coach asks you, this means that if the coach asks you to give 40 laps you give 50 laps. In addition you always have to give an extra effort if you can give or do extra things and not only stay with pure basketball training but also you can go to the gym or do other exercises. Álvaro Hernández in his short life as a student with only 17 years of age has dedicated much time and effort to basketball which has led to his career as an athlete is successful and progressive.

INTERVIEW Misael Elias Lopez
Author: Cristóbal Capiz Orozco All those who have been in that stage in which they must choose which university career they are going to have a sense of intrigue of how it will be. Listen to the experiences and testimonies of someone who is pursuing that career might be helpful to be able to decide. Then we will see an interview with the student from Mechatronics at CETYS University Misael Elias López. Interviewer: What made you choose this career? Interviewed: What most determined me to choose this career was my liking for electronics and mechanics, I could not decide which one I liked the most, and in mechatronics integrated both of them and that's why I chose it. Interviewer: Why this career and not another? Interviewed: That brings me back to the above, I could not choose between them, although right now I would have chosen electronic cybernetics, even so, the integration of mechanics I saw very important if I wanted to get into something related to making robots. Interviewer: Did you have any other options? Which one? Interviewed: Electronic cybernetics or IDGD (Ingeniería en Diseño Gráfico Digital) Interviewer: In general how has your experience been in the career? Interviewed: I really liked the race itself, the teachers are very difficult at times, but they have guided us a lot and taught a lot, it has been a very good experience, obviously there are teachers who you dont like, because in the class they become very difficult. But overall very good, I really liked it, I do not have a big complaint. Interviewer: How long have you been in the career? Interviewed: Almost 4 years, I going to graduate. Interviewer: What did you like the most? Interviewed: What I liked the most is the part of electronics, the part of digital electronics and analog circuits, what are potencies, electrical circuits, and digital electronics the basics, sequential circuits and all that. I move away from the mechanics. Interviewer: What has been the least you liked? Interviewed: From my curriculum, because the curriculum change, what I liked least is that at the beginning we were very mechanical and we hoped that we were half and half all the semesters, but it was first mechanics and at half-time we started to see electronics, it was a very abrupt change. Interviewer: What skills have you developed throughout the race? Interviewed: Rather like solving the problems, in the part of the mechanics is much inclined to be analyzing how things are solved, they always tell you that there is a methodology of how to solve the problems and from there what is the logical thinking goes to everything What is circuits, digital electronics is pure conbinational logic, sequential logic, circuit analysis follows a methodology, but in circuits you have to think a lot. Interviewer: What does a mechatronics engineer do?
42
Interviewed: What a mechatronics engineer does is being the part of engineering in control and the integration of mechanical and electronic systems. Control is a fundamental part of what process control is, what makes mechatronics a lot of emphasis. Interviewer: What opportunities exist in Mexico for a mechatronics engineer? Interviewed: From what I've heard there are many. Here in Mexicali most of the companies are requesting mechanics, mechatronics and electic, but usually they go by the mechatronics. And what has been in the field of labor comes from mechanical design, electrical design, and even I planned to go into research and then into teaching, usually in those areas. Yes, mechatronics opens many doors for you. Interviewer: What profile should someone have who aspires to be a mechatronic engineer? Interviewed: Someone who likes to be thinking and who does not feel too lazy to be working hard, because if it is a lot of work from the beginning, forget about the basics as calculation, when you enter already in what is robotics or control systems and mechanical analysis already It's a lot to review. A person should be willing to work and be ready to be thinking a lot. Interviewer: Do you consider CETYS a good choice for mechatronics? Interviewed: With my curriculum no. But I had to see the new plan and that if I recommend 100%, but revising the new plan, all generations back would tell you that they are very jealous of that plan. Interviewer: What is the most difficult thing to study mechatronics? Interviewed: In my case it was the transition from mechanics to electronics, the harder I would say is to see which one you are liking the most, sometimes the one you like the most is better and in my case I did not really like mechanics and It made me more difficult, but in some it is aleves, electronics did not like much and they struggled more. Interviewer: What are your plans when you finish your studies? Interviewed: Get work. Very much in the future what I like is to investigate, what I would like is to make my mastership and doctorate go to what is investigations and after doing all that to be a teacher. Of the others I would say that they would like to work in mechanical design, electrical design and have more position of management, some focus very much on what is to create their own company and to obtain patents and manufacturing. But in my case it is research and teaching. Interviewer: What advice would you give to someone who wants to study this career? Interviewed: If you want to study this race keep in mind that it is as if you had married the career, if you feel that you like it a lot you will enjoy it, if it is difficult for you not to give up in the end you will realize that everyone The professors here are there to help you and give you much desire, it is not if you have the gift, it is not enough to feel like it.

Coffee Shops in Mexicali, B.C.
Drinking coffee is an essential part of life in some people, allowing them to taste a variety of different coffees throughout their lives, leading people to have a favorite place. Up next, we will enlist our 10 favorite places to drink coffee: 10. Café Club Although it is a franchise, every Café Club has a domestic environment, making you feel like home. The waiters and cashier are humble and a spectacular service.
9. Hookahfé It is a relaxed environment, perfect to escape from stress. It has a boutique of products of different types of herbs. The place has an oriental touch, making its main characteristic.
8. Punto y Coma used to be good frappes and with better prices, as printing is ok if they are works in letter size and black and white, because in tabloid size and color go very poorly. The staff at the place was very friendly. Only that sometimes they lack coffee flavor 7. Café Punta del Cielo The crepes and coffee is delicious and has great atmosphere. The mini macaroni are exquisite, Punta del Cielo dispose good products and service but is expensive. The taste is good but sometimes they do not have meals in the morning, and the service is somewhat slow.
46
6. Sinapsis Café Overall Synapsis Café is a very comfortable place with good variety of drinks and dishes. At the 2nd floor, the service is slower as a few waiters go up there to attend the costumer. The prices of the many are accessible to middle upper economic sector. It is a good place to have coffee with friends. 5. Zafari Zafari is a place that has very nice atmosphere, delicious food and drinks; the only bad thing about this place is that it is always super full. Zafari is a great place to have a rich coffee and some cravings especially the comfort of the site having the opportunity to choose between being seated or lying down. It has good flavor, private menu and attentive service, the nachos are strongly recommended.
4. Vintage Café A very good place to enjoy with friends and family, always manage to give all their effort on the service, and their food is very tasty. It is a good place to enjoy with group of friends in the late evening; you can be outside or inside where it is comfortable. The coffee and food they offer is rich and accessible, and they also sell hookas.
3. Café la Negrita It's a quiet place! You can go it alone and take it as a studio. The menu has a good taste and decent prices. Also, they dispose of a very good customer service, very rich crepes; they have variety of different teas and coffees.
2. 8 ½ The frappes, coffee, and desserts are very tasty, but there is very little variety of foods or desserts to accompany your drink. The most original part is where the seats are in a cinema, as they put good music and videos. It is important to keep in mind that they allow people to smoke in the place.
1. Café Colibrí The taste of the coffee is very rich, more acid than bitter. There is very good service and lots of variety of coffee drinks for those looking for something new and original. The place is overall very comfortable; it has affordable prices, and very good attention from the staff.
Selecting good coffee depends primarily on the taste that each individual develops, changing the amount of bitterness they may want. On the other hand, the atmosphere and service that those places have might influence the perception of things in order to select a favorite place to stay. Our personal favorite is Café Colibrí, but every one of the places on this list deserves recognition.

PRODUCT REVIEW WII U
Author: Carlos Peralta The nintendo Wii U is the eighth generation console of nintendo, successor of the nintendo Wii. It came on the market in 2012 with a price of $ 349 dlls for the delux package. The main features of this console are its touch screen control and its ability to continue playing even with the TV off. We will see the advantages and disadvantages of this product. Advantage: The main advantage of this hardware is precisely its main characteristic, which is the possibility of playing without television. Most of the available games have the ability to change the action of the game from the television to the screen of the socalled Wii U gamepad, which allows someone to be watching the television while you play, besides being able to move a certain distance the console, although this ability has certain restrictions. Another advantage of this device is the different experience of playing on two screens at the same time, which is known as isometric game, this in horror games like Zombie U give a great immersion of terror. An important advantage with respect to your competition is that unlike the other consoles you have to pay a subscription, the online game is completely free.
The last advantage of the Wii U is its lower price compared to other consoles and a PC gamer. The current price of the console is $ 299 dlls. Disadvantages: A disadvantage that is already famous in nintendo is the power of its hardware, compared to other consoles the Wii U falls short of graphics quality and overall power, which prevents games available in other consoles are brought to this console, which leads to the next disadvantage. It does not have variety of games, most of the games of the Wii U are the games that nintendo produces, they lack the games of other great companies and of some excellent games like GTA5, DarkSouls, etc. I'm not saying that there are no good games, only if you can only afford a single console you'd be missing out on a lot. While it was mentioned that free online is an advantage, it is also a disadvantage, as this is not very good quality, lag predominates and the connection failures are the bread of each game. In conclusion, it is a good console, its concept is innovative and can be exploited in many ways, but its lack of graphics, the consequent lack of games and its mediocre On line makes you might want to save a little more to buy another console; But if you are an ultra-fan of nintendo, it is quite recommendable, as it has the best games that have come out of this company.
