CANDIDATES FOR VICE PRESIDENT (ARU LONDON) ALEXANDRU CRISTEA 1 A University canteen allowing students to have a reasonably priced lunch. 2 A larger library as at the moment students are struggling to find space. 3 Better sport facilities. Our students are willing to represent our university in diverse competitions around UK; “a healthy mind in a healthy body.

DANIELA CLAROS LICIDIO 1 Lectures can make a video clip so students can better grates and able to understand the topic of the lesson. 2 Have a easy access to Kortext as sometimes you can’t not highlight and write next to the paragraph. 3 Have a space where people can eat as the canteen is always full and many people eat in classrooms.

EDILENE BRITO-MARIANO 1 Tackle all forms of discrimination within societies, to make our university a truly inclusive institution. 2 Increase the confidence on social activities by running more networking events. 3 Develop the parents group and help parent’s students to find it easier to manage their lives with the adequate support.

ELIZABETH HEMMINGS 1 Establish a forum to inspire students with learning difficulties to exchange tips and ideas, coping strategies. 2 Negotiate with University management for extra 10 minutes on submission deadlines. 3 Appeal for consideration on hard copy text books, instead of access via Kortext, especially for students with difficulty in using Kortext.
