We will support and inspire our students to reach their potential by developing their curiosity, selfconfidence and capability, and engendering a willing and joyful commitment to life-long learning.
INITIATIVES
1. Preparation for life: develop and implement the Churchie learning framework.
2. Preparation for teaching: enrich teacher professional practice initiatives to support high-quality teaching.
3. Develop the Churchie Research Centre to build the School’s profile as a research-invested school.
4. Review the current educational pathways to prepare future-ready students.
5. Refine strategies for all students to maximise their academic potential.

Spiritual awareness
Students will explore and live the Christian faith in the Anglican tradition.

1. Develop and implement a new RE curriculum.
2. Actively live the Anglican ethos and values through leadership and service opportunities.
3. Develop and implement Churchie’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
4. Renew Chaplaincy Services and celebrate the Chapel centenary.

5. Pursue responsible environmental stewardship.
6. Incorporate ‘voice’ of parents and stakeholders into key decision-making structures.
