Lenten Season

Food and Paper Drive

Most Precious Blood Church will be conducting a drive to collect food, paper goods and personal care items to restock the shelves at Operation Good Neighbor (OGN) starting Ash Wednesday February 22 and ending April 6. All collections will be turned over to OGN for distribution to families in need and residing in the Town of Evans. We will accept dry and canned foods only with examples consisting of soups, cereals, pasta and vegetables. Preferred soup is chicken noodle and tomato. Baby food and disposable diapers are also in great demand. Current programs of assistance will not provide for paper goods and personal care items such as Kleenex, paper towels, toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo and toilet paper. These will be collected, also.
