After a hectic career I found my dream! 8 years ago I retired to a tiny country village where people still plough with horses, life is slow and simple, nights are starry and silent, my alarm clock is the cock crowing! I have created an almost self-sufficient and sustainable home where nothing is wasted, my supermarket is in my own pantry, meat and eggs are in the yard and fruit & veg is only a few steps from the back door. Nowadays I only go to town about every 3 months for things like sugar and rice as I cannot produce those myself.... as yet. So join me, "Change your lifestyle" even while you are still in the city.
