Administration

Art Allen

Founder, Chairman of the Board, Licensed Pool Contractor Born in San Diego, California, Art moved to Florida in the 1970s and went to work in a family-owned swimming pool business in 1977. He learned the business from the ground up, working every aspect of pool construction. Seeing the lack of quality workmanship and service in the industry, in 1987, Art founded A&G Concrete Pools, Inc. in his garage. From those humble beginnings, he has stayed true to his original vision and values to lead A&G from a garage-based start-up to an award-winning recognized leader in the multi-billion dollar international pool building industry. Today, Art continues to pursue his passion for building the best pools, serving customers and growing A&G by serving as Chairman of the Board.

Art is a devoted husband and family man, married to Sandee since 2001. They share fi ve children who have all graduated college and enjoy careers of their own. He is also dedicated to his industry and community as highlighted by over 16 years of service on city and county contractor boards, appointed as a board member of the 100 Club, American Legion Post #318 and Moose Lodge memberships and his many contributions to numerous local charities, youth sports teams and community events. Born in New Jersey, Travis’ family moved to Florida in 1988. He has called the Treasure Coast “home” for most of his life having graduated from Fort Pierce Westwood High School in 1996 and from Indian River State College with honors in 1998.

At a young age, Travis learned about the construction industry and how to build things right from his father, who was a master plumber and building inspector/plans examiner for the City of Port St. Lucie. As a young man, he put this training and a love for the water and pools, which he had developed through his career as a competitive swimmer, to work at A&G, when he accepted the position of designer in 2000.

Travis Leonard

CEO, Licensed Pool Contractor

Travis worked his way through the ranks at A&G, becoming a manager in 2006, a partner in 2008 and an independently licensed commercial and residential swimming pool contractor in 2009. Today, he is CEO, responsible for day-to-day operations and leading more than 70 full-time employees. He looks forward to building on the A&G legacy by pushing the standards in pool design, construction and service to new heights.

Travis is married to his high school sweetheart, Genia, and they have two beautiful daughters. In his personal time, he has traded in his competitive swim goggles for golf, softball and clay shooting.

Patti Giunta

Offi ce Manager Patti joined A&G Pools 18 years ago in 2002, after 13 years in the banking industry.

Originally from Connecticut, she moved to the Sunshine State 33 years ago. Patti has been married to her husband, Greg, for 23 years. Together, they have two grown children, Greg and Alyssa, and three beautiful grandsons.

In her spare time, Patti enjoys the beach, swimming in her A&G pool, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dan DiDominici

Expediter Dan lived in New York before coming down to Florida 16 years ago. He ran his own commercial construction company in New York. His family is scattered throughout the United States. He has three children, fi ve grandchildren and has another on the way. He loves spending quality time with them whenever it is possible.

Shelley Garcia

Accounts Payable Shelley and her husband moved to Port St. Lucie in 2008 from New York, quickly falling in love with the Florida life. Prior to her job at A&G, the only experience Shelley had in the pool industry was swimming in them, but she will tell you that she has learned a lot! She has been working at A&G since 2013.

All four of Shelley’s children reside in New York. She has one grandchild and one on the way. In her downtime, she likes to read and spend quality time with her husband. The two are members of the Lake Forest Relay for Life team.

Lillie Shepherd

Purchasing Director Lillie was born in Corpus Christie, Texas, but was raised in Fort Pierce. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida. She began her professional career by working in South Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina and Alabama for Circuit City Stories, Inc., serving in several capacities, including Customer Service Manager, Sales Manager and Assistant Store Director.

Lillie joined A&G 17 years ago and is responsible for Inventory Control and Procurement.

Tracey McGhee

Receptionist Tracey has been with A&G for over 20 years, learning the pool construction business from start to fi nish. She is most grateful for the family atmosphere at A&G, which applies to all employees and customers, as well.

Design

Bobby Austin

Professional Designer Bobby was born in New Jersey and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1987 with his family. Bobby graduated from Fort Pierce Central in 1998 and from Indian River State College in 2002. Bobby joined the A&G team in 2014 as a professional pool designer. Early in his professional career, Bobby gained construction experience by working in new home construction for a local home builder. This career path has allowed him to merge two aspirations: cutting-edge design and helping people.

Bobby now resides in Palm City with his wife, Jolaine, and 2 kids, Aubrey and Evan. In his free time, he enjoys the Florida lifestyle with boating, the beach and pretty much anything outdoors.

Dave Curland joined the A&G Family in 2017 as a Professional Pool Designer and fell in love with the art of pool design. He loves the aspect of getting to know each family personally and working together in a partnership to build a custom pool perfect for their individual needs. No two families’ needs are the same, as no two custom pools are the same, which makes Dave’s job fascinating for him.

Dave is a true Floridan, who has a love for his family, the Florida Gators and being outdoors, enjoying Florida’s Treasure Coast. He also is a true “Disney Dad”, who may like going to Disney more than his wife, Kasie, and his two children Kellan and Teagan. On Sundays, he enjoys volunteering at Christ Fellowship as an usher at the Port St. Lucie Campus. Jason joined the A&G family in 2010, excited for a new journey in pool construction after many years in the franchise industry. He learned how to get involved in helping the community and has worked with thousands of families who dream of having a swimming pool to make memories. According to Jason, the most enjoyable part of his job is turning a customer’s vision into reality and hearing stories of barbecues, birthday parties and family gatherings — all around the swimming pool.

Over the last 10 years at A&G, Jason married his beautiful wife, Grace, and became a father of two children, Charlotte and Cade. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, taking Disney trips or just soaking up the beautiful outdoors.

Frank DelRocco

Professional Designer Frank has been at A&G for 21 years and in the pool industry for over 25 years. He received his Certifi ed Pool Operators License in 1992. He has won numerous state and national awards for his residential and commercial pool and spa designs. He specializes in contractor and commercial accounts, but never lost his love for residential designs. He believes in building strong relationships with his clients and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Frank attended Virginia Tech and graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1982. He is married to Michelle, a golf professional, and lives in Stuart. Frank enjoys golfi ng together as much as possible.

Heather Vizzo

Permitting & Design Assistant Heather is a Floridian. She was born in Fort Pierce and grew up on the Treasure Coast.

She graduated from Martin County High School and has been working in the construction industry for 11 years. She loves assisting in making clients’ visions and dreams come true. She feels truly blessed to have found A&G and to have become a part of their family

When Heather is not working, she enjoys spending time with her fi ancé, Kyle, and their daughter, Paislee.

Danny Wuycheck

Construction Manager We would never want to stereotype “Danny” but, if the dictionary had a listing for “good builder,” his photograph would probably be there. He has been involved in construction for 40 years going back to his years at college and carpentry school. His experience includes carpentry, concrete & framing, homebuilding, high-rise construction and, of course, pools.

Danny joined A&G more than 25 years ago. He is now responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction, holding his department accountable to the highest standards and results.

Danny grew up an Air Force brat, living in Texas, Georgia, California and Pennsylvania. He discovered Florida close to 1980, making it his home with wife, Beth. They are very proud of their two children, who both graduated from FSU.

Construction

David Edgett

Field Supervisor David joined the A&G family 5 1/2 years ago, performing the job of fi eld supervisor with a specialty in residential and commercial pools. He has worked in the construction industry for the last 34 years. David has spent the last 24 years with his beautiful wife, Christine. Together, they have one daughter, Sydney. David enjoys fi shing and surfi ng, and all that the south Florida lifestyle is loved for.

Pat Corby

Project Manager Pat worked for A&G 25 years ago and joined the A&G family again in 2018. During the time away from A&G, Pat obtained his contractor’s license and ran his own concrete business.

Pat and his wife, Cathy, live in Okeechobee. They have 4 adult children. In his spare time, Pat enjoys visiting family and friends and shooting skeet. You can always fi nd him busy with home projects or helping others.

David Hardin

Project Manager David is a supervisor/professional pool builder at A&G pools. He started his career in pool construction in 1986.

Over the years, David progressed to a foreman and then, eventually, became a construction supervisor. He was hired by A&G in May 2017. He considers it “and honor and privilege to work for a company that gives back to the community and to its employees.”

Angie Brosodi-Brimingham

Inspections & Construction Administrative Assistant

Angie joined the A&G Team just 2 years ago. Angie started in permitting and transitioned over to inspections and scheduling.

Angie grew up in South Bend, IN. She moved to Port St. Lucie as a teenager where she met her high school sweetheart, whom she married. Together, they share three children.

In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym and the beach.

Service

Jonathan Hoyt

Service Manager Jonathan began working in the pool industry in 1994 at the age of 16, forming steel. He joined A&G in 1997, starting with clean outs & acid washes and then working his way through the Service Department, which he now leads. As Service Manager, he is dedicated to ensuring that customers receive the best care and highest function from their pools and equipment.

Born in Vero Beach and raised in Fort Pierce, Jonathan is married with three beautiful daughters and is the guardian of four nieces and one nephew. He enjoys his big family and especially watching his girls compete at softball and volleyball.

Santa Trombetta

Service Coordinator Santa was born and raised in Long Island, NY. She crossed the bridge in 1989 becoming a resident of NJ. Santa had 15 years of offi ce management experience in the construction business prior to relocating to Florida and joining A&G as a Service Coordinator.

Santa is a proud mom of two adult children. She loves reading and spending time at the beach.
