An exhibition of contemporary artwork by professional members of the Society of Scottish Artists inspired by nature’s great connectors. The Society of Scottish Artists is an artist-led organisation with over 1000 members from across Scotland and beyond. Professional Members are selected in recognition of their talent and dedication within one or more branches of the visual arts. This exhibition will explore their artistic responses to nature’s great connectors and inspirers of wonder and awe.

This exhibition is inspired by South African landscapes, flora and memories of the artist’s garden. The body of work communicates the fragility of memories and through the process of casting, imperfect and evocative memories of the original natural form are captured in metal.
