Watch Word ... Mark !6:15 ' And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature’
1. Prayer 2. Opening Hymn – Hark, hark my Soul (Angeli Oluwa wipe 'lo so gbogbo oro iye.) 1. Hark! hark, my soul! angelic songs are swelling O'er earth's green fields and ocean's wave-beat shore; How sweet the truth those blessed strains are telling Of that new life when sin shall be no more! Refrain: Angels of Jesus, angels of light, Singing to welcome the pilgrims of the night! 2. Onward we go, for still we hear them singing, 'Come, weary souls, for Jesus bids you come;' And through the dark, its echoes sweetly ringing, The music of the Gospel leads us home. [Refrain] 3. Far, far away, like bells at evening pealing, The voice of Jesus sounds o'er land and sea, And laden souls, by thousands, meekly stealing, Kind Shepherd, turn their weary steps to thee. [Refrain] 4. Rest comes at length, though life be long and dreary, The day must dawn, and darksome night be past; Faith's journeys end in welcome to the weary, And heaven, the heart's true home, will come at last. [Refrain] 5. Angels, sing on, your faithful watches keeping, Sing us sweet fragments of the songs above, Till morning's joy shall end the night of weeping, And life's long shadows break in cloudless love. [Refrain]

Committal: Then the earth shall be cast upon the coffin: The Pastor Shall Say: For as much as it hath pleased Almighty God, in his wise providence to take out of this world the soul of our mother: Madam Funso Oni Aderibigbe that has departed from here to Him, we therefore commit this body to the ground, earthto earth, ashes to ashes, dust to dust, in sure and certain hope of the resurrection that is eternal, through our Lord Jesus Christ; who shall transform our mortal bodies, and made like unto His own glorious body according to the mighty working whereby He is able to subdue all things to Himself. I Heard A Voice From Heaven The Pastor shall say: “And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.” (Revelations 14:13)

THANKSGIVING/OUTING SERVICE Opening Hymn – Pleasant Are Thy Courts Above 1 Pleasant are thy courts above In the land of light and love; Pleasant are thy courts below In this land of sin and woe. O, my spirit longs and faints For the converse of thy saints, For the brightness of thy face, For thy fullness, God of Grace!
3 Happy souls, their praises flow Even in this vale of woe; Waters in the desert rise, Manna feeds them from the skies: On they go from strength to strength Till they reach thy throne at length, At thy feet adoring fall, Who hast led them safe through all.
2 Happy birds that sing and fly Round thy altars, O most High; Happier souls that find a rest In a heavenly Father's breast. Like the wandering dove that found No repose on earth around, They can to their ark repair And enjoy it ever there.
4 Lord, be mine this prize to win; Guide me through a world of sin; Keep me by thy saving grace; Give me at thy side a place. Sun and shield alike thou art; Guide and guard my erring heart; Grace and glory flow from thee; Shower, O shower them, Lord, on me! Amen.

MADAM
FUNSO ONI
ADERIBIGBE
Biography of Late Madam Funso Oni Aderibigbe
M
adam Funso Oni Aderibigbe, fondly called by many as “Aunty Oni” was born seventy six years ago to late Pa Isaiah and Rebecca Adejoke Aderibigbe. Her parents were from Ekpedo in Akoko Edo, Edo State.
She was brought up by devout Christian parents and educated in Lagos. She attended Lagos Anglican Girls's School, Broad Street, Lagos. Where she completed her Modern 3 school certificate in flying colors. She began her career as a conductress shortly after school with the then Lagos Municipal Transport Services (LMTS) where she worked for several years. She left LMTS meritoriously as a Bus Checker. She dabbled into business shortly afterwards as a distributor to major beverage producing companies and traded in commodities like Milo, Peak Milk, Saint Louis Sugar amongst many other household consumables. Her passion for education took her back to the civil service the second time as a teaching staff with the Lagos State Ministry Of Education. Her quest for knowledge made her acquire additional training and got certified as a Grade 2 Teacher. She served meritoriously until she voluntarily retired from active service in August, 2009. Her teaching career gave her the appellation – Mama Teacher! During her teaching career, she served all through at Eti-Osa Local Government. She taught mostly in schools located in suburb areas of Eti-Osa LGA where teachers were highly needed. Teachers often run away from these riverine communities to teach but Mama Teacher will always be ready to work in the remotest part . Severally, she was encouraged to seek transfer to schools close to her residence but her response was always – young teachers will never go teach in places like Igbo-Efon, ta lo ma wa ko awon omo na? Commuting long distance on a daily basis to work, she had the conviction that every child is entitled to basic education. She was passionate about qualitative education of young children and devoted her life to realizing this vision. A disciplinarian extra ordinaire, strict and firm teacher yet sociable and friendly; students and their parents adore her. She was a foundation member along with her late mother of the Christ Apostolic Church, 64A, Olusi Street, LagosIsland. A devout Christian and an active member of Egbe Ireti Ogo in her church until her glorious exit. She was a widow and is survived by a sister, lovely daughters and many grandchildren and relations. We thank God for a well spent and fulfilled life of our Mother and Grandmother. Mama, sleep on until the resurrection morning.
Tributes
Anti Oni, Anti mi…. For many years, I grew up calling you “Anti mi”. Why? Because that was what everyone around me called you. You fitted perfectly well as my Big sister and played the role so well though you were my Mother. You were a hard working Mother who toiled to make our early years interesting with fond memories. You will typically deny yourself of so much comfort to take good care of your “GIRLS”. Having no male child did not bother you. You will often say – “to ba ya, oko omo eni, omo eni naa ni” You were strict yet sociable and friendly within the neighborhood. Loved by both young and old. Anti mi, I for one thought you will still be here for a while but then I have no power to keep you here. I thank God on your behalf for a well spent Christian life. Angels came to visit you two weeks before your glorious translation and you testified to this yourself. I made a joke with you that, you aren't going know where yet & I remember even now the smile that took over your face that beautiful morning. I know you are resting well right now in the bosom of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. How can I forget the experience of Wednesday19th October,2016 ? The Holy Spirit brought the song 'Laala Alagbase Tan, Ojo Ogun Ti Pa ri' strongly to my lips early that morning and I sang it all the way. Unknown to me then, I was celebrating your Glorious exit and that the Angels have been dispatched this time to bring you home. Less than two hours later, the Angels came, this time – mission accomplished and took you HOME….”Laala Alagbase Tan”! Sleep on until the resurrection morning Mother, I mean Anti Mi! Mrs Biyi Tunji-Olugbodi Mum, you were so loving and caring. You taught me so much in life. Thank you for being my mother. While visiting you in the hospital, your eyes were closed and didn't speak until I called your name. You then opened your eyes and spoke with me. I didn't know that will the last time I will see you. God loves you best, reason why He called you home. Aunty mi, continue to rest in the bossom of our creator until we meet to part no more. Sun re my sweet mom Folasade Williams
Happy that you gave birth to me your Alake. You were a mother through thick and thin. You carried my burden & pain when I feel all was lost. You shared my joy & led me to Christ from youth. You loved your grandchildren and prayed for me two days before your roll call. I never knew that will be the last prayer. I feel sad but know you fought a good cause and won. Aunty mi, Iya Sade, I love you. Sleep on till resurrection day. Doyin Mathew Your warmth, down to earth nature and humility are qualities that always endeared you to people. For all the years I knew you, I was always “Baba mi” to you even as your son. You loved easily, sacrificed greatly and lived gracefully, firm and resolute in the assurance that you serve a living God. Thank you for your care, commitment, and compassion. Thank God for you. Good night Iya Sade. Eternal rest and unending peace in His bosom is yours in Jesus name. Fair thee well, Mother. Dr. Tunji Olugbodi Wednesday 19th October God called home an angel – my grandmother. Goodbye amazing woman that brought joy & happiness to so many people. A wife, sister, mother, grandma, teacher & devout Christian. Known you for nearly twenty five years, grandma you were gracious, teacher to all, full of love. I will miss your jokes and firmness. You were compassionate, generous and sincere. I know you are happy & smiling at us now. You are in a much better place… Demilade Williams
Mama, I was surprised when mum told me you have passed on. You were a wonderful grandma. I wont forget the day I came to your house and found the place empty without you. Goodnight wonderful grandma Mary Adefowora
Grandma Alagbado, I love you so much and I will (always) thank Jesus for you. The day you died, I prayed for you and I wish you are alive now. Everyone is praying for you. I will miss you. Goodnight Mama Teacher! Oluwapileogo Tunji-Olugbodi Grandma, you are truly a teacher. You taught me how to pray, read and speak Yoruba. You always take me out and am happy you are my granny. Sleep on beloved. Samuel Adefowora Granma, I love but where are you now? You are with Jesus not in your house again. Jesus is taking care of you. Goodnight. Within the time we met, you are such a wonderful woman. Always happy seeing people around you. Ready to give your best & good companion. Mama we miss your jokes. Blessed are the pure in heart. Lucky Matthew
