Our team offers architects and designers a collection of custom and prefabricated floors, counters, panels, and furniture. A Quebec leader, we draw on our expertise and passion to create inspiring, accessible, and durable living spaces by applying thoughtful artistic direction adapted to each project. We take all the time needed to analyze each phase leading to the final result. We work the material without distorting it, in keeping with the realities, issues, and spaces of our clients, who place their trust in us. ATELIERB PANELS

AtelierB’s signature concrete panels draw inspiration from concrete walls in which wood formwork markings are visible. Our team has applied the authenticity of this aesthetic to create versatile products that are as easy to transport as they are to handle. Made from fibre-reinforced concrete with no aggregate or rods, the panels are surprisingly lightweight, easy to install, resistant, and durable. Every panel is a veritable work of craftsmanship with its own unique character, and can be used indoors or out. This innovative approach to concrete is the result of many years of research, observation, and discussion with architecture and design experts. AtelierB’s panels are chosen by today’s clients, interested in using and promoting noble and refined materials. The final composition is an iconic creation that will enhance the living experience of a home, both functionally and artistically. AtelierB offers three types of concrete panels: C-4: smooth, raw, with four form tie markings C-0: smooth, raw, without form tie markings B: reproduces the texture of traditional timber beam formwork Each version is available in two sizes: 2´ x 4´ (61 cm x 122 cm) and 2´ x 1´ (61 cm x 35.5 cm) These panels evolve, as the colours and textures tend to become more uniform over time, without alteration or degradation.

C-4 PANEL

C-4 panels reproduce the effects of modern concrete formwork. Their raw, sleek surface imbues the walls where they are installed with a unique flair.

C-0 panels highlight the substance and aesthetics of concrete. They can be alternated with C-4 panels to create a varying rhythm on one or several walls.

B PANEL

B panels reproduce the visual effect of rudimentary concrete formwork. The wood texture provides a warm and authentic aspect. Appropriate for both interior and exterior applications, B panels harmonize perfectly with wood, metal, or any other material.

Thanks to our manufacturing methods and the technical characteristics of our materials, you can also use our concrete panels for tables, counters, shower walls, and fire-proof walls for fireplaces. Our thicker 3/4˝ format is solid enough to be used horizontally, as a modular concrete countertop that’s easy for you to cut and install. Available polished or rough, C-0 and C-4 are true pieces of fibre-reinforced concrete: a living mineral material that evolves with time. They are available in a variety of colours ranging from pale grey, to traditional concrete shade, to black.

Opposite is an image featuring the C-0 panel as part of the Atelier Gris “ligne dure” line. With an original vision of metalworking, Atelier Gris has developed a range of furniture that harmoniously combines metal with other materials. AtelierB is proud to collaborate with these young Montreal designers whose polymorphic works are transcended by art, sculpture, and music. ALBAN CHAIR

The Alban chair was designed in collaboration with Étienne Hotte. Winner of a Grand prix du design de Montréal award, it is available in several colours and varieties of concrete. With its sleek design, the Alban chair provides very comfortable seating in various settings: park, terrace, lobby, etc.

B BOWL

The B bowl is a resistant, oversized basin that lends itself to numerous uses, both indoors and out, creating a unique ambiance. Poured with denser materials, it can easily be converted into a sink.

PINGPONG TABLE

The ping-pong table, designed in collaboration with M.O. Workshop, is one of the essentials of the AtelierB furniture line. Made of Corten steel and concrete, it captivates and gets noticed. Its unusual metallic structure and thin layer of concrete (1 1/4˝) give it an ethereal appearance. Simultaneously a utilitarian object and a work of art, it fits elegantly into urban living spaces. With a cast concrete surface trowelled individually in our workshop, each table is unique. Thanks to this collaboration, AtelierB provides useful, attractive, and playful objects for parks, public squares, and other spaces where community living is encouraged.
