Nestled in Zaha Hadid’s masterplan for one-north business district, the site is a hallmark of strong landscape character consisting of jarring contours & a plethora of foliage. The project brief requires to design a serene space which is introspective in nature & also, harmonious to the contour conditions which make the site difficult to access due to a 6 meter drop at its maximum.
