We have gained important new clients and have grown our team by employing two new photographers who have fitted in fantastically well. In response to changing demands and circumstances, we have invested in new equipment, allowing us to offer more services designed to enhance the online viewing experience.
Int ro duc i ng v i r tu a l tours . . . One of the most exciting and popular developments this year for us has been the addition of these tours to our services. These 360 degree tours allow the viewer to walk themselves around a property, showing every room in detail. In a world where potential buyers may have been nervous about in-person viewings, these tours have been invaluable and we predict they will continue to be.
Wa l kt hroug h Vi d e o s. . . Like the virtual tours, our walkthrough videos have been developed to help enhance the online viewing process. Alongside photos and a floorplan, these videos are a great addition to your listing, allowing viewers to get a better sense of the layout and how it feels to move around a property.
