E a c h a d u l t F i r s t a n d Second S a l o o n passenger is a l l o w e d 20 c u b i c feet of p e r s o n a l effects free ; e a c h a d u l t S t e e r a g e p a s s e n g e r 10 c u b i c feet f r e e . C h i l d r e n p a y i n g h a l f f a r e w i l l be a l l o w e d h a l f m e a s u r e m e n t ; a l l i n e x c e s s of t h e a l l o w a n c e m u s t be p a i d f o r a t c u r r e n t r a t e s of f r e i g h t . O n l y p a s s e n g e r s ' p e r s o n a l effects are considered baggage, a n d a l l f u r n i t u r e , merchandise, bicycles, etc., m u s t p a y freight a t full tariff rates.
