C h i l d r e n p a y i n g h a l f f a r e w i l l be a l l o w e d h a l f m e a s u r e m e n t ; a l l i n e x c e s s of t h e a l l o w a n c e m u s t be p a i d f o r a t c u r r e n t r a t e s of f r e i g h t .
