INTRO DUCTION
Pixelation creates a mood: from the flow of music or the motion of a dancer. For that reason I chose to work on Mosaics; text characters, symbols and other images used to create larger images as a graphic art form. A refreshing approach to traditional mosaics: what was once made of stone is now transferred on the computer to create a variety of styles. Mosaics create a larger symbol out of many small pieces of related ideas or images, which further adds to the impact and significance of the main image. With the help of modern techniques and software, artists can make incredible works with a few clicks of a button.
