REVIVER MOOCA INDIVIDUAL ACADEMIC PROJECT GRADUATION PROJECT 2018
REVIVER MOOCA The purposed of the proposed work was the requalification and revitalization of an old industrial area in the Mooca district (city of São Paulo). The main idea was to mix old and new buildings to bring vitality and interest in the area for the neighbourhood population. The project was called Reviver Mooca complex and it has it’s main focus on the cultural potentiality of the selected area. However were designed other buildings that serve as support programs to attract people to occupy and take notice of the local history and architecture derived from it. In addition to the restoration of existing buildings, were demolished some irregular constructions to make place to a cultural center, bicycle parking pace and a open park.

Project for Instituto Anglicano daycare extent, in Paraisópolis (São paulo city). The new building has concrerte pre-fabricated structure with a connection with the existing building. The new complex has potencial for aproximately 1000 children. In addition was designed a english school for needy local children. RESTORATION OF AN OLD FACTORY - FÁBRICA DE SAL RIBEIRÃO PIRES Participation in the project as an Intern, concept design, renders and techinical drawings. Preliminary studies for the restoration of and old factory in Ribeirão Pires city. The proposed design was to refurbish the old mettalic structure and the original facade restoration.

SEVEN International experience at the Los Angeles/California Gensler office in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Gensler office. Acting as a junior architect in a conceptual project for a prototype. The project is located in the city of Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and is part of an entertainment complex with different programs, a way of approaching and opening up the country through tourism and entertainment. TORONTO PAVILION CONTEST Participation in the 2017 Toronto Pavilion Contest. The project was designed taking consideration the fact that the Toronto city is considered one of the largest cosmopolitan cities in the world. The pavilion has 3 blocks of 121 square meters each with the maple leaf shape. The blocks hold exposition rooms, reception, information desk, cafeteria, bathrooms etc.
