As a conclusion to a 1 year Fashion Management Master program at Domus Academy in Milan, this thesis project was created as a continuation of a 3 month internship as an Assistant of Fashion Buyer at Antonioli. Concept: offering a brand extension in the shape of a new online store, according to the recent market and social trends recearch PROJECT INCLUDES: brand analysis, market research, customer behaviour analysis, new target and competitors development, new brands portfolio, design of website.

Product Management

project in collaboration with Moncler

A group project, executed during one of the workshops of Fashion Management Master course in Domus Academy. Concept: using elements of traditional and iconic type of Russian shoes and mixing it with modern and unconventional textiles in order to create a capsule collection of accessories for Moncler. Project includes: Deep research and analysis of brand values, generation of the concept through insights, design of the collection, research of material suppliers, creation of inspirational video.

Brand Management

project in collaboration with Salvatore Ferragamo

A group project, executed during one of the workshops of Fashion Management Master course in Domus Academy. Concept: In order to present and promote a new line of Salvatore Ferragamo shoes, visual merchandising and other communication proposals were required. Project includes: Deep research and analysis of brand values, generation of the concept through insights, visual merchandising proposal, design of packaging, elaboration of launch event idea, invitation design, creation of inspirational video.

Communication

project in collaboration with 10 corso como

A group project, executed during one of the workshops of Fashion Management Master course in Domus Academy. Brief: Propose an event and a new communication strategy for 10 Corso Como concept store. Concept: Collaboration with iconic designers, who have personal relationships with Carla Sozzani Project includes: Deep research and analysis of brand values, generation of the concept through insights, development of a new strategy, design of: logo, invitation, press kit, new communication strategy including the creation of buzz, creation of inspirational video.

Fashion buying

project in collaboration with Bernardelli Stores

A group project, executed during one of the workshops of Fashion Management Master course in Domus Academy. Brief: Propose a new strategy for Bernardelli stores to enter Asian market on an e platform. Concept: Being inspired by the diversity of customer, creating a special “custom-made� selection on the website to satisfy different needs, body types etc. Project includes: Deep research and analysis of brand values and consumer behaviour, creating a new target profile, generation of the concept through insights, development of a new strategy suitable for Asian market, new brand portfolio proposal, design of a website, communication and promotion strategies, design of special visual language.

As a conclusion to a 3 year Fashion Communication diploma program at IED in Rome, this thesis project was created in a form of a magazine. Concept: each issue would be dedicated to the connection between fashion and a specific subject of inspiration. The #00 issue is about Fashion and Sport. Rubrics include: graphic design, photography, art, fashion, semiotic comparisons and contrasts, short information blocks, music.
