Within the boundaries of the territory are encouraged to: ordering (including thinning) of street landscaping with a view to ensuring the best visual perception of objects of cultural heritage; development of the concept of a complex accomplishment, including temporary structures, small architectural forms, informational signs, advertising structures and signage. Subzone 2.1 piazza, formed in 16 in at the moment has lost its function and urban value based on the foregoing, in the sub-section 2.1 we introduce the following special requirements: It is forbidden: the mass parking of vehicles, placement of temporary structures, with the historically discordant appearance of the area.
