The current state of the area provides a clear view of the parkette site to those approaching from the northwest and nearby residential units on the west side of Albert.

Facing west from the parkette on the east side of Albert provides a direct view of both the western portion of the site and the future path separating the parkette from the adjoining residential development on its northern boundary. This viewpoint would primarily be seen by those using the eastern parkette site and those crossing to the western portion from the east.

Looking northwest from the southeast portion of the parkette site provides a view of the parkette’s west side, as would be seen by: people walking north on Albert St.’s east side from University Ave. to the south or occupants of the residential buildings between University Ave. and the parkette site.

Looking north on Albert St. from the middle of the street provides a view of both sides of the parkette as well as the surrounding context of the site. This perspective would be primarily seen by car traffic heading north on Albert St. from University Ave. and by pedestrians crossing the street.
