Anne Heyvaert

Anne Heyvaert, artist, researcher, lecturer, Faculty of Fine Arts, Digital & graphic art research, Universidade de Vigo, Spain. She studied at the ENSBA, Paris. Her commitment to graphic techniques has led her work toward a greater questioning of re-presentation (in terms of unfolding and unwinding variations) of a reality that is in itself multiple and fragmentary. Her biography and daily experience feed thematic series such as: “Cajas de mudanza” (“Moving Boxes”), “De Memphis a Finisterre”, “Mapas Kaleidoscopias”, “Plis” (folds), “Passages”… She has not only disseminated her works individually and collectively in books, but has also published texts in specialised graphics and contemporary art editions.
