When the judge simply disregards the law and decides he will not apply the law, that is the true meaning of corruption.

In any given year, more than 1,000 complaints are filed with the JCP, and each year, only about 5 of those cases end up with any sanctions. And generally, the sanctions are not severe. In other words, unless an informed public watches and steps forward most corruption complaints remain unaddressed and the glitches in the system exacerbate.
