USER INSTRUCTIONS Beer Line Cleaner Color
BEER LINE CLEANER COLOR (BLCC) is a very effective cleaning agent for cleaning draught beer installations, both when using a cleaning tank and a CIP plant. BLCC contains a cleaning indicator, i.e. as hoses and taps are cleaned, the cleaning fluid changes color. BLCC can be used with cold water. However, a better and faster result is reached if hot water is used (max 55oC) and the cooler is turned off at the same time. In this manner the cleaning time is reduced to approximately 10 minutes.

The concentrated BLCC is purple. When mixed with water, BLCC stays purple (thus no color change occurs when water is added).
If impurities and deposits are present, BLCC turns green. When mixed with beer, or in the case of large deposits, the color can initially turn yellow/green. Then green. As the installation is cleaned, the color changes back to purple.

USER INSTRUCTIONS Beer Line Cleaner Color
MIXING RATIO: BLCC is mixed with water in a 3% solution. E.g. 1 ½ dl BLCC to 5 L water or 9 dl BLCC to 30 L water. A 4-5% solution can be used for very dirty installations. Use only freshly made solutions.
• Mix the appropriate amount of water with BLLC. Turn off the cooler. • Connect installation as usual, and empty the line for beer. As soon as the cleaning fluid is seen green, turn off the tap. • Run the cleaning fluid through the installation using five minutes intervals. • When the cleaning fluid has changed to permanent purple, after approximately 20 minutes, the installation is clean. Haze must not be present when holding the glass up to the light. • Then rinse the installation with clean water until the purple color is gone and the water is completely clear. • Turn the cooler back on. • The installation is now ready for reuse.
