MULTIFUNCTIONAL CENTER CHURCH CENTER NØRRE TRANDERS
Church center main functions are religious services, lectures, film showings, theatre, reunions etc. The overall structural system consists of full-brick (yellow stone) outer and inner walls. The basement is partly carried out in situ structures and partly with masonry as outer leaf. Floor slab made as concrete elements. Floor finish is from wood and stone tiles (depends from room)

RENOVATION J.M.MØRKS GADE 9, AARHUS Renovation project with energy-efficient and sustainable initiatives. Main goal of renovation is to provide a new bathroom and kitchen for each apartment, as well to install an elevator in the building. Client requested economical calculations (profitability) of any initiatives to achieve low energy class (2015) demands. To achieve client demands have been demolished part of the building and designed a new extension towards the backyard. The extension consists of steel construction with lightweight insulated walls. In connections with new extension and existing building works are carefully carried out with consideration of possible cracks between old and new settlements. All decisions were based on a sound, a fire, a moisture and an energy analysis.
