OVERVIEW Sterling’s verbal identity is the way in which we communicate with our customers, internal team and partners. This section states the guidelines for all communication via print, digital or any other media form. The language to be followed for all communication that goes out on behalf of or from Sterling shall be British (UK) English. Grammar basics and rules shall be strictly followed and no contractions are allowed. An acronym may be used if the full form of the acronym is explained in the first usage of the acronym.
