Originally announced in June 2006 as a $32M condominium development with construction expected to begin in early 2007, the collapse of the economy and local condo market forced developers to scale back their plans and construction date. Protracted infrastructure installations and other hiccups led to its eventual opening in 2012 with 22 loft-styled condominiums and apartments above 17,000 square feet of retail space, which features Another Broken Egg Cafe and the Orange Leaf yogurt shop.
