Anthony L. Jordan Health Center

Anthony L. Jordan Health Center is a not-for-profit prevention and primary care provider in Rochester NY. We operate three comprehensive community health centers; medical/dental suites at Andrews Terrace, Glenwood Gardens and Kennedy Tower; and a WIC office. All sites offer a sliding fee scale to help keep healthcare affordable to medically underserved and uninsured patients with dignity and respect to all regardless of ability to pay. Highlights include an Urgent Care Center now under construction at our 82 Holland Street facility which will also include mammography services.
