Anthony Pappas

Originally from Durango, CO, Anthony Pappas, a Norwich University alum, has embarked on a remarkable journey from a passionate political science student to a skilled office manager at a medical clinic. This journey is characterized by unwavering commitment, dedication, and an insatiable thirst for knowledge, leading to significant contributions to research and active participation in international policy discussions. The journey began at Norwich University in 2015, where a cadet uniform represented a profound commitment to national service. Majoring in political science, his academic pursuits were fueled by a fervent desire to understand global dynamics. A pivotal study abroad program in Berlin, Germany, in 2017 sparked an interest in international affairs. Subsequent field research in Singapore provided invaluable interactions with leading security and international relations figures, complemented by attendance at the 17th Asia Security Summit, enriching his understanding of critical global security issues. 2018, he collaborated with Dr. Sarwar Keshmiri, significantly contributing to the acclaimed work "China's Grand Strategy: Weaving a New Silk Road to Global Primacy." Interning at the National Defense University, Fort McNair, Washington, DC, from 2018 to 2019, he engaged with international defense personnel. He obtained a graduate certificate from American University, fostering connections with esteemed agencies such as NATO, CSIS, and Human Rights Watch. Graduating from Norwich University in May 2019, Anthony Pappas embraced new challenges by enlisting in the Army for Officer Candidate School and Ranger School. Transitioning to the Veterans Evaluation Service in 2019 as a VA contractor, his journey culminated in assuming the role of office manager at Care For You LTD. His instrumental contributions facilitated operational efficiency and business expansion. Pursuing further academic endeavors, he enrolled in a Master's program in Strategic Studies at Norwich University, graduating with distinction in 2023.
