AAN Current News It’s that special time of year, and the Rivertowne Antique Center in historic Columbia, Pa., will hold its annual Holiday Open House Sale on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 4, 5 and 6. Store hours will be from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. all three days. “It will be our 17th year celebrating the holiday season,” said Georgia Townsend, co-owner of the multidealer shop with partner Ron Madar. “We’re looking forward to seeing the familiar faces of our longstanding customers, as well as meeting new antique hunters searching for that unique gift for family and friends.”

During the three day sale, dealers will offer special discounts from 10 to 40 percent off items just in time for the gift giving season. “Large or small, antiques and collectibles provide holiday shoppers with a creative alternative to more traditional gift ideas,” stated Madar. Christmas Season To Arrive Early On Historic Chestnut Street Pop-Up Show In Downtown Bath, Pa., Set For Dec. 5

Antique Gambling Machines Hit The Jackpot At Morphy’s Coin-Op And Advertising Sale on page 3

The 11th year for “Christmas on Chestnut Street” in historic downtown Bath, Pa., will feature added activities, including an outdoor Pop-Up Antiques Show and PopUp Artisan Show. All shops and activities are in a one-block area in the heart of historic Bath on Chestnut Street. The event is slated for Saturday, Dec. 5. A rain date of Saturday, Dec. 12, will be observed if necessary. Masks and social distancing rules apply. Plans include seven unique shops and three restaurants open with specials, a live band on the

back deck of Blend (Smooth Restina Glow), roasting hot chestnuts on sidewalk grills, hearth cooking in the 1804 Daniel Steckel House, and a Model A Ford Truck photo op. Other events will include two organ recitals at Christ Church, fresh green wreaths for sale from Governor Wolf Historical Society, the Cub scouts selling hot chocolate, and a food truck.
