One of the finest known examples of the circa-1880s W.S. Reed Co. Red Riding Hood mechanical bank, blue-blanket version, will be estimated at $50,000-$75,000.

The most elusive and prized of all still banks, the circa-1890 Circuit Rider, one of only two known examples, will be estimated at $18,000- $25,000.

130 lots of important German handpainted tin toys and Lehmann wind-ups, many of them boxed, from a private collection. After an intermission, Dr. Z’s cast-iron still banks will be auctioned. Absentee and Internet live bidding will be available for the entire event through LiveAuctioneers. “We were tremendously honored to have been chosen to sell the prestigious collections in this sale,” said Ray Haradin, co-owner of RSL Auction Co. “Leon Weiss (the ‘L’ in the RSL partnership) has known Tom Sage for years. In the end, it came down to a couple of auction houses, and Tom decided we would do the best job of representing his collection and marketing it to the right buyers. Greg Zemenick, who is an orthopedic surgeon, is also highly respected in the business and, like Tom, started collecting more than 40 years ago. The Cackleberry Farm Antique Mall will host its annual Memorial Day Weekend Sale from Saturday, May 26, through Monday, May 28. Cackleberry Farm Antique Mall is located at 3371 Lincoln Highway East in Paradise, Pa., on Route 30. It is four miles west of Route 41 and six miles east of the Rockvale Square Outlet Mall in Lancaster County. The huge, 26,000-square-foot facility houses a wide variety of antiques and collectibles displayed by over 125 dealers. Merchandise featured includes items such as furniture, glassware, sterling silver, clocks, advertising, jewelry, fine china, toys, books, postcards, trains, Christmas items, pottery, linens, primitives, kitchenware, and much more.

Housed inside the antique mall is an Old Time General Store. Cackleberry Farm Antique Mall offers convenient parking for over 100 vehicles, with a spacious area for campers, trailers, and tour buses. The shop is clean, climatecontrolled, brightly lit and carpeted. Shop-goers may also want to visit the stores out in front of the mall.
