how nice that you are reading in here again. The European Convention in Valencia is less than a month ago, and yet so much has happened again. The news are full of always new news, and I wonder more and more how fast I don't notice a lot of things, even if I only take myself out of the news traffic for days at a time. Somehow it's also colder and wetter than in recent years at this time of year, at least it feels that way.

So it's all the more important to get the sun into your heart. Light into the cells and beautiful thoughts into life. Peppermint

I have talked and written about peppermint oil so many times. It is a multi-functional oil on so many different levels that is wonderfully versatile. Most of us love it and it doesn't matter if you apply it to the back of your neck to bring some lightness in there after a long day, apply it to muscles and joints to support you in your healthy musculoskeletal system there, let peppermint oil blow fresh air through your nose on long car rides, or treat yourself to an air freshener for bad smells.

When I have tired legs, I love to have a calf refresh spray on hand: For this

I've loved the foaming hand soap for years. There are some Young Living experienced men who find this soap with its soft, creamy lather so great that they even shave with it. By the way, the empty soap suds container can be used quite nicely for our dishwashing liquid. I always mix one-third dishwashing liquid with two-thirds water and a teaspoon of baking soda in the soap container and enjoy the dishwashing foam, which then comes out of the dispenser creamy, well portioned and healthy.

Stress Away Bathbomb

Shutran Soap

The essential oils in it were originally Gary Young's secret recipe for his own body perfume. So many women asked him for it, wanting their partners to smell like it too. Gary then decided to reveal the recipe and reveal his own blend of oils. This has become a best seller of shower gel, shaving lotion and soap as well. I love this scent, and sometimes I want to put on the power of Shutran to make me feel even more focused, grounded and confident going through the day.

By the way, since I wrote about bath bombs above, you can also make wonderful bath bombs with Shutran oil. For this you need ball molds in bath bomb size, Melt the coconut oil in a water bath and then remove the bowl from the pot and add all the ingredients that were previously mixed in another bowl. Then add the essential oil and mix well. If desired, organic food dyes in powder form can also be added. Please approach carefully, they slightly change the consistency of the whole.

100 g coconut oil, 200 g food grade citric acid, 400 g baking soda, 60 g cornstarch and a few drops of Shutran essential oil.

Can you remember sitting on the beach and building a castle with wet sand? There was this one crumbly composition that just crumbled, but was already so moist that it held when you squeezed it. That's exactly how the composition for the bath bombs works. You fill the ball halves so that there is still a little over the edge, and now press them firmly together. Then very carefully remove the bombs from the mold and let them dry overnight. And don't despair if sometimes it doesn't work right away. With a little practice it is quite easy.

When the baubles have dried through and I want to give them away, I carefully place them in prepared small boxes padded with tissue paper. For me, I place them in a cellophane bag or in a bowl in the bathroom. But be careful, the balls draw humidity and then start to get crumbly. So use them up quickly - or just put them in the bags! Have fun with it!
