I have been working on building projects of architecture for long and actually I am focused on the Integrated Management of Projects as a workshop of thinking and consequent coordination of the construction in situ. The evolution of the Integrated Management of Projects and its effective implementation in the field, is for good strengthened by the welcome influence of Prof. Peter Morris' book “Reconstructing Project Management”, and colleagues. The Integrated Management of Projects core focus is to cooperate on well designed architecture from the start and understand the context from which the project will flow; to get serious about thermal bridges as a basal condition to think on energy use in buildings; to define a radical selection of materials and products in balance with the environment and the cradle to cradle standards; .. forever in a relational context with the diverse structures.
