Hello, reader activist!

The journal now probably will be published once in half a year, because each release is now required the involvement of lots of people and maximum work from each one, and doing it in shorter period of time would signify that we do not do anything else, but that’s not true.

A huge number of events all over the world had happened recently, in which punks do nothing — well, just not allowed. I am glad that the amount of such events has increased, and whether or not the outcome please — is entirely dependent on our participation.

We are talking in the abstract, because for everyone — it is their most essential, near and problems to worry about, and we will try to describe it our «News from the barricades». As usual, touch on the theoretical issues, we consider the motion in different countries, will provide reports on various events of the past time, the time to creativity and will load energy for new achievements. ;) To the release of this number of the journal PunkWay, the Russian version of the last numbers had been already downloaded about 2000 times, and the the English nearly 1000 times. Contact with other countries is improving, but still pretty slow. The end of Putin era

Battle Monson-Emelianenko on 20th of November planned as a patriotic show went far from the way the organisers planned. Russian strongmen were overpowering their specially selected, weaker opponents. Funny that even Chechen was chosen to represent Russian hero. And at the end of the evening Fedor Emelianenko won a steady victory over anarchist Monson on points.

Right after the victory of Fedor Emelianenko over Jeff Monson, Putin got on the ring and tried to do some cheap preelection show-off, making a praising speach. But 20 000 of public at Olimpic arena did not like him trying to benefit from other’s success and booed him loudly.

Maybe in 10 years the night of 20th of November, «The Battle of Legends», as promoters dubbed the event, will be remembered as the beginning of the end of Putin era.

Occupy the Red Square!

After the elections the wide-spread actions of protest against the electoral fraud began, supported by many different groups of people. Anarchists could not ignore the great number of people becoming active and started to spread the call: Occupy the Red Square! 10th of December, 14:00, Revolution square.

With a bit of romantism and that radical way like the Khimki townhall break-in in 2010, the invitation ended with: Musical support of the occupation from bands playing from the roof of burning Mausoleum. The line-up included pioneers of russian punk-hardcore legendary «Proverochnaya Lineika» and no-compromise hardcore-rap from Moscow Death Brigade.

Anarchists failed to actually occupy the Red Square due to the fact that most of the people were in peaceful mood and cops were ever so restrained. Anarchists also took part in protests against electoral fraud in many others cities in Russia and abroad.

Antifascist killed in Dnepropetrovsk

18th of November 2011 Michail Noroha, 17-years-old antifascist from Dnepropetrovsk, was killed. His body was found 8 meters away from abandoned 16-floor building. He had multiple broken bones, broken spine and all his organs severely damaged as a result of falling from height. Mischa landed on his back but he still had broken nose and injuries on his face. Apart from that, the suicide version is arguable on the ground of the remains of pepper spray found and his torn jacket.

Punk feminists «Pussy Riot»

Punk feminists Pussy Riot played series of illegal gigs in Metro and trolleybus at the end of November, all dedicated to the Gosduma elections on the 4th of November. And the 1st of December the band released the documentary of their concerts and a new video «Kropotkinvodka», based on the filming of the band’s gigs at the places usually filled with wealthy putinists — i.e. butiques, podiums etc.

On 14th of December they played a song «Death to prison, free protest!» on the roof of special detention centre № 1, where protesters arrested during the actions after the parliamentary elections in the beginning of December were held. The fourth video was filmed at the gig (illegal, of course!) at the Red Square for the song «PUTIN ZASSAL» (Putin shitless). Feminist punk band Pussy Riot never play on authorized scene on principle. At their gigs the musicians wear masks, saying that they «want to avoid fixation on certain faces» and also because «there are many different people in the band and the line-up changes from gig to gig».

A new issue of the journal «Avtonom» № 33, autumn of 2011 Members of hackers movement Anonymous declared war to neo-nazi

Members of hacking group Anonymous began internet-campaign against ultra-right political associations in Germany, as says Frankfurter Rundschau newspaper. During the campaign, named Operation Blitzkrieg, «anonymous» turned about 15 neo-nazi themed sites offline and set up the exposing blog nazi-leaks.net in German. The blog posts names, lastnames and personal details (most of them — e-mail addresses) of people whom hackers suspect in being involved in ultraright movement. Among them are customers of internet-shop selling nazi merch, authors of the «Junge Freiheit» newspaper and activists of National-Democratic German Party. The source of this data is unknown. Many of the posted e-mails are registered within the Germany’s domain zone .de.

Irkutsk: New Year’s event «Open Your Eyes» to support orphanage

It is another New Year and time for another charity activity «Open Your Eyes». The event is annual and aimed to help children in distant orphanage. It is made by punk-rock musicians and anarchists from Irkutsk. For that cause group of initiators held a charity gig, and the money went to essential things and New Year presents in regional orphanage in town Slyudanka. All proseeds were used to buy the things that are necessary for kid’s creativity such as paints, brushes, coloured paper and stationary, cartoon characters puzzles and 3 balls for different kinds of sport, plus little sweets. On 6th of January we visited the orphanage and organised a little New Year play for 23 children of the smallest age (there are 69 children in the orphanage in total).

Life after state: anarchy or chaos?

A comrade, who has a big experience in computer programming, works on online project for co-operation of economic parties on non-capitalism basis.

In case of positive outcome and informational support number of users will gradually increase until reaching some critical mass, system will evolve, making selforganisation process more accessible and at some point state institution will be not actually needed and functionally replaced within new system. 19th of January On 19th of January of 2009 in centre of Moscow two our friends — lawyer Stanislav Markelov and Anastasia Baburova — were killed in broad daylight. They were going from the press-conference about release of colonel Budanov, who raped and killed Chechen girl. Stas was representing the family of the victim, Nastya was a journalist, member of antifascist movement. Killer Tihonov get sentenced for life and accomplice Hasis — 18 years in colony.

But this cannot satisfy us, because that will not bring us our comrades back. This is not the first time nazis killing antifascist in Russia for the last few years: Nickolay Girenko, Timur Kacharava, Aleksandr Ruchin, Stanislav Korepanov, Ilya Borodaenko, Aleksey, Fedor Filatov, Ilya Dzhaparidze, Ivan Khutorskoy and this is not the full list with new names adding every year.

Dozens of less-known murders occur in Russia every year because of national hatred. The victims are usually Russian citizens of non-Slavic outlook and people from other countries. The problem with the immigrants, foisted off by right-wings, is based on economic problems. The struggle must be against incompetent bureaucrats, not refugees from underdeveloped countries.

Actions in memory of Stas, Nastya and other antifascist killed by nazi were held in at least 27 cities: Bryansk, Voronezh, Ekaterinburg, Irkutsk, Kiev, Kirov, Krivoy Rog, Murmansk, Nizhniy Novgorod, Octyabrskiy (Bashkortostan), Omsk, Orel, Perm, Saratov, Sankt-Peterburg, Sochi, Saraevo, Sumy, Ufa, Kharkov, Cherepovets, Yaroslavl. Also leaflets distribution, application of stickers and laying wreaths organised by anarchists and antifascists took place in Glazov (Udmurtia), Chelyabinsk, Kamensk-Uralskiy (Sverdlovskaya oblast), Tumen, Minsk (Belarus).

That did not come without incidents: In Voronezh nationalists attacked participants of memorial picket, knocked them down, repeatedly hit and sprayed their eyes with a pepper spray.

In Kiev participants were attacked by nationalists. They were also held by Ukranian special police units who tried to take their personal details and IMEI numbers of their phones. Then Berkut (special police squad) provoked a clash and hit, pushed and tried to detain people.

After laying wreath to the Eternal Fire in centre of Nizhniy Novgorod, in Pozharskiy street, plain-clothed policemen kidnapped a man. As it was later cleared, kidnappers were officials of Anti-Extremist Centre who abducted activist Aleksandr Cherniy for interrogation — including intimidation and beating.

In Sevastopol the movie «Love Me Please» was shown. After that anti-fascists were attacked by neo-nazis twice.

Fortunately, nobody was seriously hurt.

In Kharkov neo-nazis tried to disrupt the action. Nevertheless, antifascists rallied towards the Russian embassy and continiued the action there.At this time neo-nazis tried to attack participants but failed.

February 4, 2012 our candidate — autonomy The meetings of the fourth of February is named «for honest elections» were held all over Russia. Of course, there were fake meetings where Putin was supported.

Guys, I’m from Germany and have the opportunity to tell you a bit about things going on in Germany.

Nationalism still remains a problem here, what can’t be solved even with radical left wing extreme opposition.

German National-Democratic Party is a nothing more than legalized Nazi party, prospers magnificent colors of violence and lawlessness, legitimized and even supported by the government. The number of neo-Nazis grows each year, thanks to unlimited promotion and, I repeat, this shit — government support.

Now, actually, to the immediate topic.

Saxony, Leipzig. 09/24/11

In spite of the presence of anti-fascist structures in the city, the NDP (party mentioned above), had its offices in one part of the city, Lindenau, for a long time. And finally, this year, local anti-fascists got the permission for demonstration, the main motto of which was: «NO LONGER ONE DAY NATIONAL CENTER!» (National Center — the official name of this nazi-center).

Demonstrators began to gather at 1 p.m. on the main town square. The prepared speech was red anti-fascism, who came from other cities such as Berlin, Hannover, Cologne, specially in order to help us cope with this problem. When I came, and I came in exactly at 1 p.m., there were a sufficient number of police officers around the square already.

At 2 p.m., after preparation and fees, the demonstration started. The route was long — it was decided to go across town and get to Lindenau. Before the demonstration we received a message stating that it was prohibited to turn on the music. Therefore, we have perfectly managed on our own, shouting slogans against the National Center and nationalism in general.

After three and a half hours, two thousand demonstrators approached its target. On the Street Odermanna the main event of the demonstration happened. Five unmasked Nazis, who were standing on the roof, at first just to provoke people, but then they began to throw hand-made bombs and smoke bombs into a crowd (the performance, of course, was carefully planned.) At the same time, about twenty-Nazis ran out from another street and attacked the demonstrators from the right. In the meantime, those five disappeared, and we started the fight and the demonstration and did not reach the Center.

The police. As usual. The demonstrators, who tried to scatter, retain the Nazis or to defend themselves, were immediately detained by police. A friend of mine, was near the bomb, got seriously injured. The same time, he thought how to escape from the police.

However, no one noticed that at least one of the Nazis was arrested.

Around half past six all were dispersed.

That’s how a fairy tale ends, but one who read this and did not remain indifferent — nice one.

Two things just perfectly suited for the conclusion. Two days later, many were released from the police (but two of us are still waiting for court proceedings), that’s the first.

And second, perhaps more important. Despite the fact that National Center still in its old location, there are people who do not like it. Police received an official letter recently from people, who live in the area, and that they did not accept arbitrariness of police and the fact, that demonstration requirements were not met. And I remember, when we walked the streets, a lot of people supported us and / or joined the demonstration. So none of us gave up and redemonstration will take place.

As you’ve probably heard, on September 22-23 in Kiev, Ukraine, there was student forum organized by counter-union «The direct action».

This was conceived as a response to the international forum of Ministers of Education, which took place at that time in Kiev.

The requirements of the members of the counter-forum were: to stop the commercialization of education, to fight the root causes of xenophobia, to stop the deterioration of living conditions of students and the material-technical base of universities, etc.

We have planned many interesting things: debates, seminars, art performances, etc.

But our program has changed under the pressure of the cop’s outrage.

Although we had no problems with the papers, Major Onishchenko gave an illegal order to take our soundamplifying equipment.

Confronting the robbery in broad daylight, with the battle we retreated to the Sophia area and 4 of us we arrested (later they were released).

Because of the attention of almost all the mediaworld nearly all the Kiev policemen decided not to continue the fight.

Although a little bit changed, the first stage the forum was still taken place.

By the way, Michael Burawoy, the professor at the University of Berkeley and the president of the International Sociological Association, spoke at a meeting.

The next day the police behavior still remained.

Even though we had all legal grounds to go through the Three Saints Street, the police blocked the way.

When we finally got to the European Area and stayed there for a rally, we saw that all the roads towards the Institute Street, where the Ministers’ meeting was held, were protected by reinforced storm troopers and those who looked like protesters, were not even allowed on the other side of Downtown.

They are afraid of us — that means that we are powerful!

Anyway, our counter-forum took place and was rather a success.

Several hundred activists from different regions of Ukraine, as well as representatives from the UK, Germany, Austria, Russia, Belarus, Georgia were attended.

We sincerely hope that the Minister of Internal Affairs Mogilev, the Minister of Education Tabachnik and his assistants will the office after such a shameful incident.

Libya fi: a d d a G r e d un ics and political system econom

Social and anarchist movements in Spain With the development of movement in Russia a natural need to learn more appears. Learn more not only about some kind of new ideas, ways of fighting, occupation, etc., but also to learn something new from other countries. It's quite clear, because anarchist movement is international, and it is normal to support or to adopt some practices from other countries, thought the exchange of experience is quite a good thing for common movement development across the world. And on that nice note, I'll start story about the social and anarchist movement in Spain, namely in Madrid.

My first attempts to find the people here were not successful, because I began to search through the Internet. Sorting keywords in facebook.com' search engine in style ÂŤantifa, anarchy, hardcore Spain, hardcore Madrid ...Âť, I come across people, and wrote them receiving no answer. Why? - That is another question, let them look for the answer themselves.

The natural search criterion of man was accommodation in Madrid. As searching was in processing, I decided to visit the CNT office, with hope to learn something new. On the subway station, where the office

located, I went out and suddenly find myself at meeting of 15M movement. There was about 50-60 people, most of the participants were crust punks. Of course, there were an ordinary people, someone was sitting with their children, crust punks were sitting with their dogs, nearly on the ground a drunken man was sleeping. However, the discussion was on quite high-pitched, with energy and emotion. I liked the gestures, which people used, when someone talked. Lifting hands up and shaking wrists meant a support of the speaker, upiranie four fingers into the palm, creating a type of letter T, meant something like blocking the views of the speaker.

When they were spinning the pedals with hands, like a bicycle, this meant, that the speaker should be faster, as he was speaking for a long time. And, of course, every speaker was making a speech through a megaphone. There at the meeting I met a German, who spoke and understood Spanish very well, knowing his native language and English. Our conversation with him was in Spanish, what looked like a joke, Russian and German spoke in Spanish. He gave me the contacts of occupied social center, a news site and his mail. Finally, one day I found a man, as it turned out rather core, who knows a lot of people not only in Madrid, but also from other cities of Spain. Personally I was surprised by the fact, that for only 15 minutes, we had been talking had exchanged phone numbers already. I do not think that it is possible in Russia, but still. After a time we met and began to exchange the information. She gave me a good list of groups, sites; I described her situation in our country, and then gave a bit of information translated to her.

Though, today sport is becoming more popular with anti-fascist, I asked her if she knew any boxing section and the answer was positive. She told me that find out in mid-September, when the boxing-classes will start. It took 2 weeks, mid-September came, and she wrote me, we agreed to meet. On the appointed day, unfortunately, she could not go because of a foot injury, so I went alone. As it turned out, I was late for classes because she missed the time, but I found a guy who gives boxing lessons and we chatted with him. From our conversation I learned that in Spain as well as in Russia in the nineties were a lot of the Nazis, who gathered in groups in the squares and streets. Naturally people did not like it, and therefore realized that they should be driven away, citizens beat them. Every time they were beaten they just went

away, and every time they fewer and disappeared . Personally I have not seen a Nazi graffiti, or the Nazis' themselves. Running a little ahead, I want to say that the Nazis drove out so much that the occupied social center, which hosts classes in boxing, I've seen people with type anarcho-shirts with the logo of anarchy skin, skinhead-girl, antifa hooligans, good night white pride, red skin, etc. They quite calmly wear it and that's fine. Returning to the conversation with the guy. Many people who were that day in the occupied center were very nice and polite, though, I think this is so in all the movements, and also in ours: all, with which I talked, were very friendly and talkative, so there is no difference. And I want to add about the Spanish Nazis. In Internet I found a video where these guys dance hardbass, it was under that Russian song, which is sung in Russian, and all videos are arranged just so. It's funny because they're just go mad, we will say so. In the end of our conversation, he told me that tomorrow will be Sports assembly, we exchanged contacts and parted.

On the next day at the appointed time I came to the center.

As it turned out, the guy made a mistake in the schedule and assembly will be much later, in absolutely another day. But we can say that his mistake cost me many acquaintances, and additional valuable information, because a little the holyday was about to start. Just an ordinary holiday at the end of the week, when people from the movement gather to simply relax in their own circle, with own music, talk, ÂŤbeer to drink, have fun,Âť as Mister X's the song goes

on, their weekend. On a holiday there were nearly one hundred people, maybe a little more. Almost all of them were skinheads, all either red or anarchists or punks. In other words, absolutely politicized party at the end of the week. Slightly departing from the subject, I can say that generally most of their motion is politicized. I have not yet found those who considered themselves to a SHARP or, perhaps such an apolitical punk is possible only in Russia ... Pfff, hahaha, fuck , there are also apolitical punks http:// vkontakte.ru/club8150418. But it is not the point, the point is that people primarily understand the essence and the concept of movement and culture. If you are punk, then certainly at least aren’t apolitical, if RASH, I see a clear distinction between red and anarchist skinheads. In fact, the festival was a red flag with hammer and sickle, and beside it republican flag during the civil war in Spain was hung.

Near the bar there was a table where merch and distro were sold and also stickers that could be taken in any quantity to paste up. So, for them it is normal for each the party to place distro with t-shirts or flags and stickers. Moreover, they still remained a lot of stickers from the previous demonstration.

At the entrance to the festival you could pay 4 euros for the entrance, you were put a stamp on hand and you could easily take yourself much as you want beer, cola or mojito, which they make perfectly. Atmosphere of holiday was terrific; it is worth noting that even a stranger becomes a friend of all at once. I say this as the one who came knowing no one.

Now we expand all on the shelves. Despite the fact of the movement influence, still purely national traits and habits they absorb with their mother's milk. For example, kiss on the cheek - a typical Spanish greeting between a woman and a man and a woman and a woman is quite normal among people from the movement. pride, red skin, etc. For us it is incredibly surprising, but it is a fact, very positive, I think many would agree with me.

Also among people martial art are very popular , most of guys I saw at the festival can fight and resist, in fact it was not just men. Even the theme of sport, fighting techniques and wedged easily in conversations. Equally important is how events are organized that they collect a lot of people selling along distro, etc. A sufficient number of red skinheads who wear shirts with the image of Stalin and Lenin. And Anarcho-skinheads are pretty well friends with them, that is, for them it makes no difference, because they are from the same nest. The level of mutual assistance and how people remember other people's requests is marvelous. A personal example from the same holiday, when I asked about the assembly of other sports, nobody could help me, after a few hours I’ve already forgot my question, but after those few hours I was approached by a skinhead, with another guy, saying, «I found someone who knows when the Assembly». I think we should think about ourselves after such a bright example.

As for the dissemination of information. It can be found on the Internet as well as on the street and there are no problems with it. Streets were sealed with stickers about upcoming demonstrations, which also positively encouraged.

The situation with movement.

Spain The only thing I want to discover in this short text is the difference between their anarchist movement, and various other movements such as 15-M and, for example, our own.

It’s no secret that the movements in Spain have a much more power, influence, etc. in the country than we have in Russia.

You should be surprised by the fact that, at least in Madrid, as the capital, demonstrations take place at intervals 3-4 times a week. I’m not sure whether it was a year ago or a few months before this article was written, but the fact remains.

And the reasons for such a periodicity is sufficient: firstly, it is a civic consciousness of people, who for some various governmental violations of their rights, immediately begin to protest, it is the very situation in the country, where the economic system is in crisis and high unemployment rate in population and specifically among young people.

Moreover, the current State actions, such amendments to the constitution on 1 September, are nothing more than a political move, when citizens will be left with nothing. So, everything that happens now makes people go to the streets, organizing demonstrations. They do not gather dozens thousand people, but the number of people numbers hundreds or even one or two thousand.

If you compare with us — this is great, but if be judged purely without comparisons, we can say, that this situation is acceptable, because the frequency of demonstrations is quite large, it allows the setting, not to «die out», because at any point, people can move on to more mass demonstrations, when key issues are resolved. However, in general, temporal movements are very popular, though, and so it is clear, that the movement occurs when there is a problem, and disappears when it’s all settled, but not the point. The point is that right now there are no pure anarchist movements or even just left wing, even the anarchists are involved in such demonstrations, for example, when the Pope came, the gathering of people for demonstrations against his visit took place near the office of CNT, a lot of anarchists on the street meetings 15M, which is quite natural that such initiatives are supported by the anarchists, as it’s way to solve problems without the hierarchy and general meetings. It is normal that such movements requirements are not the abolition of the State or its replacement by another system, the majority of the slogans, roughly, in style the «here and now ’when you want something, according to situation and the status quo.

First, it is worth noting that people in Spain have enough rights to freely and peacefully express their civic position, whether a single picket in front of Mary, or banal manifestation. It all can be done, and there will be no police harassment in your address if you, of course, do not violate someone’s rights and freedom. But the actual problem is that the government understands and all of us understand, that that if you want to change the system, then radically the usual peaceful demonstrations do not helpful. So there is enough simply to ignore and not pay attention to it, and the very fact of a meeting or a picket is lost , because without sufficient information about an event or news about it all this turns into empty chatter on the street. On the one hand it is difficult to understand why a demonstration of hundreds of people, for example, can pass unnoticed. It is possible, primarily when the event is not covered in official media, so most of the information does not leak, and certainly not reach the common people. Second, and equally important is the people reaction, who pass by and can choose between join the demonstrators or to pass and forget. It is quite logical it is impossible to say with confidence, that all the passing people pretend not notice; another thing is that there are many factors that are difficult to fully take into account.

Even if there were such a situation, ideally, a demonstration was able to gather all those people who passed by, without adequate media coverage of this fact only know about it and demonstrators who turned out to be nearby. Again, is hard to believe this, but the proof is the example of Greece, when the media is absolutely covered demonstrations outside the government building consisting of several thousand people, when the streets the city were clashes, it all hushed up.

And it worked, and worked so that one block were clashes, meanwhile in another people sat quietly in the streets , drinking tea, knowing nothing about the situation. It is worth noting that the larger demonstrations and the so-called street fights, the more they covered up in the official media. That’s why Spanish Government used this practice successfully.

And we can say that without the Internet, it would be difficult to find out about a particular event of this kind. However, you can add an exception to that disseminating information outside of the internet, that is, on the street, namely, posters, stickers and stuff like that, work very well, and I have recorded information about the concert with a street poster.

There is another interesting fact, which is worth pointing here. On September 1 in Madrid, took place the manifestation against the reforms in the constitution organized by the movement 15M. The most interesting is that the very manifestation end (!) It is worth to pay attention to the flexibility of the European system, I wish to quote the words of one article (http:// rusyappi.ru/dovody/560-piratskaja-revoljutsija) on the site «Russian Yuppie»: «The whole western system of control is just based on a combination of isolation really dangerous radical groups (primarily ethnic, nationalist and religious), combined with the full freedom of expression for everyone else. Left social protest, no matter how revolutionary it is has turned a long time into one of the mechanisms of self-regulation system.

It is capable to change some institutes, but will never lead to change of system in general, which essence is not in the power of financial capital and Wall Street».

All of it should show us that something really happens and change, however, the system itself is quite allows such «tricks» and isn’t losing anything in fact. So speaking and dreaming about European rebellions here, in Russia, I believe, is not worth, just because these rebellions are in such a system, where you need to do more than in Russia, to destroy the system, because in Russia there is an authoritarian state, and therefore the system is more solid and «wooden», any pressure on it will lead to visible results.

Somebody, who take part on voting, must, when he is defeated, respect the winner and take part of the responsibility. We won't play on someone else's playground. We don't take part on the voting and we don't take ever littest part of responsibility for that, what it performes. We don't vote because of it, because we don't want to be a falsificated benefactors. But we don't wanna sit at home, because then nothing will change.

We are going out to the streets to show other positions. To say, that we are against the representative democracy! Against the exploitation of humanity by the few humans! We want to rule our living, because nobody from elected will anytime take care about our meaning and our life! We are going to take our life in our hands! And nobody will help us or disturb us going this way!

That was intended to use among the troops and enemy population, for the purpose of psychological warfare. Imitation is used in political advertising. Poll results are often being biased, overrated, so people will vote for «majority», because most of the people subconsciously tend to take views that majority has. If man doesn’t have his own opinion, he will feel right if he votes «like others». For that reason mass-media fills up with «majority opinions» supporting incumbent leader before the election, that has a very strong influence on hesitating public.

Sympathy is one of the main basics of political advertising.

First, a big army of professionals work on politician’s image,

second — celebrities issue their support and that is being actively used. Some politicians tell to «vote with heart, not mind», expecting success because of people’s sympathy with them, not their logical abilities in choosing their own future — the only thing that must be used to rate a candidate’s manifesto and his managing ability.

Significance. There’s absolutely nothing honest in political ads and propaganda speculating about some common values, trying to get close to them. For example some CIS politicians — about the Great Patriotic War or North Korea leader associate themselves with the victory over Americans and South Korea in the war which is now become a cult. If you are against voting for them — you are against the Great Victory. But nobody of them, except Fidel Castro, has no relation to victories of the middle of XX century.

In political advertising the conception of Deficit is being realised in slightly different but similar way: to consolidate voters against some outer threat. In that case, deficit on the market of political ideas is created: Bush pumping up his rating «consolidating people against world terrorism», Milosevic — «against terror of separatists, going against the Great Serbia», Castro — «against US terror», anti-West rhetoric is popular in Russia, Arabs blame Jews, Jews blame Arabs. Generally they all need each other, to create deficit of political choice of their people. There must be a masshysteria against an «outer enemy» and long political future is guaranteed for them.

Certainly many conflicts in the world cannot be extinguished because political elite on both sides need them to go on, because that makes their political position more steady. So that is why we, the consumers of the specific good called «confrontation» must remember the quite right sentence of comrade Lenin that only those in power will benefit from triggering off conflicts. However, time has told that the government created by Lenin inevitably followed the trend.

Anarchists against Putin.

But pro Hitler Parliament election-2011 have become history, left behind a modest legacy of people rallying in thousands, Churov shaking his beard and office-managers and sales-managers from luxury boutiques, suddenly becoming politicized.

But the show must go on, don’t put out your pop-corn too far away. Presidental election is coming up, as inevitable and boring as the list of people who takes part. But there is something new in that, because anarchists are nominating their own candidate. This will be, of course, Hitler.

Only two months ago we were watching with astonishment strange evolutions of those who, ideally, are most oblivious to elections. Altogether in columns, corporations and social network communities some anarchists told to go and vote for anyone except «United Russia». The reason for that call (by the way, taken from Navalny, a famous fan of «Russian Rallies») is simple — one can’t take any more shit from them. Common people’s logic is simple and understandable: «Don’t rally, police will arrest you», «Don’t listen to music too loud, the neighbours will scold you», «Don’t protect a weak one, you’ll be beaten». Here is the same — «Vote for anyone — it can’t get any worse».

It often happens that I meet people who are so get caught in their idea, that they just do not want to see anything around them. As a rule such people have no hobby (as their hobby is to be a punk), they are badly educated and the only things that bother them are, probably, anarchism, punk culture, antifa and so on. He reads only those books, that are concerned to a certain interesting theme for him, the same with films, places to visit and even the circle of people to have relations with is formed around certain views, ideas, culture, and it often seems that for such a person other people just do not exist. The person lives in his own anarchist world as if he stuck in time. He denies or condemns everything that is not related with his idea, the whole world is perceived by him through the prism of his idea, and he doesn’t make a try to look at it in any other way. He takes absolutely everything what gives him his culture or organization and doesn’t try to understand what for he needs all this, he is washed away by some overwhelming wave but he doesn’t know where and why.

I speek about being looped. Circumscriptive, unhealthy,

heavy. When your music, books, films, way of life and relatives are all associated with one word – punk, and you realize that you don’t recognize anything but «I am for anarchy!» it’s not the sign of your loyalty to your idea or position, it’s a sickness, man. Certainly, it’s great when a person has a sense of his life, when he found something for him and tries to live as close to it as he can, and because of that leeds the peculiar way of life, and contacts with people who will, probably, be able to understand him better than people «out of the theme». Even I have some particular passions, that sometimes come up to fanaticism. But if you are looped you will miss this life with its great variety of beauty, having prejudice to people who are not connected with you by one culture you will miss many interesting unique people. Punk – is only a part of your life and your life can’t and must not stop on it.

Your views should be of primary importance for you, to be highly interested and passionate is always praised. But life doesn’t consist only from political view. The world is great, sometimes you should open yourself to something new and make steps toward other ways to feel deeper, think wider, knew more and live your life full.

Where are you?..

The further we go, the more we lose... And besides of common losses of acquaintances, which eventually you can get used to, the number of losses of comrades from the movement increasing, what is especially hurts the soul, burning eyes what hated the current state of affairs and the desire to change everything — are already dropped down, stupefied with anger and hopeless indifference... Those with whom I stood side by side — do not see a sense in it, though no one promised them immediate effect, result. But the former sXe are already drunk... Former vegans are already eat fish and sometimes meat... Former anarchists are ready to compromise with people, who do not deserve it... Losing courage of youth, idealization, perfectionism... angles are smoothed and internal search for a compromise based on personal aspirations, and responsibilities of people move away from activism, punk, anti-fascism and anarchism...

Ideas remain...for kitchen talks, seriously smoothed for government interests, or even more: thought about the absents of the idea — just clothes, parties, and fame.

Of course, I also change, and there is less maximalism in me and more analysis, but I’m not going to retreat from the ideas and aspirations, the more like this .. without a fight.

Interest of former comrades goes mostly to personal success and fun. I am silent about those who are generally took the opposite side... Close people become strangers... Friends — acquaintances...

[I’ve always been attracted to self-expression. When I was 13 years old, I saw a computer program that made by my friend. I have not had a computer, but I was so excited that I wanted to program by myself. My father bought a tutorial and I eagerly read it up to the end, then in case of contact with the computer, I tried to program. Later, I bought my own computer and I deeper into programming at that time I did not even have internet. I was curious and I just wanted to know more, but in 15-16 years I have earned for the first

time on writing a program. Parallel I became interested in drawing cartoons (flash drives), like popular at that time «Masyanya.» With friend we printed out tutorials and eagerly read and share our skills along the way boasting with newly baked clips :) We voiced, drawing the whole days, network, parallel and gradually mastered Photoshop. (By the way that friend is still engaged in drawing and now does photography and video shooting) Then I worked in Photoshop a bit to earn some. Then I did a web-programming, and even took the first place in the city competition :) Poems appeared after the first love (as it usually is unhappy), and I still compose, to make difficult times easier and help to put undue emotions ... And I currently try to do something, to comprehend new: html, video, audio, psychology, philosophy, social activities, learning languages, sport ... Our time offers a wealth of opportunities — just try and you can express yourself as a cameraman, producer, writer, poet, artist, musician, be strong, be able to stand up for yourself and your family and so on, you only need the desire and interest! And there is no one to blame — it all depends on you!]

A report on the infotour to Poland

I’ve decided to share my impressions about my recent trip to Poland.

Two weeks before blocking the nationalists «11.11.11» march, comrades from the Polish «Anarchistic Black Cross» invited me to present a movie about connections of Russian neo-Nazis with political parties and organizations as well as to speak about the anti-fascist movement development in Russia.

The city to start my trip at was Gdansk.

In the airport, I was met by some local activists and then brought to their home and helped with borsch. We had a discussion on Stalin, Katyn and Kaczinsky. It turned out that in Polish anarchistic movement the word «comrade» or «towarisc» has a harshly negatively associates with the Soviet past.

History is concerned really seriously here. Especially the World War II and the year 1939. The speech took place at a social centre, where there were about 20 persons.

On the next day, one of the activists made an excursion for me, during which she told me about the repressions her family suffered of after the Sovit troops’ invasion.

I would like to say a few words about the city.

Apart from the city centre, which was completely restored after the war, Gdansk resembles a Moscow-area ghetto: postwar grey blocks, half-ruined platforms. In the mean, salaries, prices of food and accommodation renting don’t differ much from Moscow’s ones. One day after, I bought a ticket at a railway station, which looked really similar with a Russian one, and left to the city of Torun.

There actually wasn’t any language difficulties during the trip. In the trains, inscriptions are repeated in English, German, Russian and French, and almost all Polish understand Russian or English.

The meeting occurred in the vegan café «Dragee». A very friendly collective. It coincided so that almost all of the girls, who presented there, had a name Magda.

By night we went for an excursion around the city. One of the alternative clubs is situated in an old gothic fortress.

Moscow Death Brigade played a gig there recently. Early in the morning I was seen into a train to Warsaw.

In a recently occupied half-Russian-speaking «Elba» squat I met some acquainted Belorussian activists. There I was joined by my friend from Poznan, the trip organizer. Further on, we travelled together. I also returned to Warsaw later.

Lublin really recalled Ukraine to me. The streets, the passing people’s face, their clothes. As if I found myself in Lvov.

But what surprised me most were the local bus lines with the destination point — Majdanek — written with large letters on buses. They say there are such buses with an «Oswiecim» inscription.

Then we were led to a squat, where one of Gestapo offices was situated during the occupation. There were rumors about a possible assault, so many activists, who came to see the film, were busy with managing security and unfortunately couldn’t take part in a discussion on a collective strategy of struggle against neo-Nazi aggression.

On the next day I was in Krakow. It’s one of the few undamaged cities here. Now it’s a Polish touristic centre. I met a lot of Russian-speaking or Belorussian immigrants.

After meeting at a local club, we stayed to see a hardcore band from France called Loser, and its name didn’t comply with the band at all. The guys also said a couple of words about how important it is to express one’s attitude and to come to the nationalists march blockade.

On the next day a trip to Silesia — an industrial area, which aspires an autonomy status, — waited for us. Silesia’s local population speaks a specific dialect.

To get to a little town named Ruda Slanska where a meeting was to occur we made a transfer in a larger town, Katowice.

The city centre is being completely modernized. Even in the evening digging goes on — Poland prepares to the Euro2012 up to the utmost.

Absolutely in every city there are repair works at railway

stations, so trains are greatly delayed and you get a feeling as if you’re in the Moscow underground in a rush hour.

At the arrival we were led to the Berza squat. There, after the speech, I took part in a discussion about the «November 11» blockade.

It’s worth mentioning that it was hard for people there to debate as everybody tried to shout each other down and, unfortunately, the women part of the presenters didn’t participate actively enough in making a decision. For example, in Sweden, 60% of those who actively participate in similar discussions and actions are girls.

The Eastern Europe problem is: we lose an enormous amount of activists and spend more time on making decisions because of patriarchy and machismo within the movement and because of inability to dispute correctly.

In Wroclaw we had some free time and we decided to check out a meeting of Polish Jews, which happened near a place where a synagogue ruined during the war stood, as outsiders.

Lots of men dressed up in expensive suits and plain-clothes cops standing in a shadow with walky-talkies were at the event.

A friend told me that not long ago a few anarchists stood out with a banner to voice their protest against colonialistic policy of the Israeli state towards the Gaza Strip population at a similar officious event. Someone plain-dressed ran to them at once — he appeared to be a Mossad agent — and started a fight, after which he wrote an application to the police as if he suffered from an attack. Reporters’ presence made quite a splash, and the agent had to fly to Israel on his private plane the same evening. But this time no similar incidents took place, everything finished quietly and we went to one of the local squats.

Friend noticed that one of the activists had sat in front of a computer whole night long preparing materials for the «November 11».

On the next day, we came to Poznan.

In the «Rozbrat» squat, where the last speech was supposed to be given, activists divided night-time watches between each other as there were rumors about a possible assault from football hooligans, who decided to take part in the nationalist demonstration. Early in the morning, grouped together, we went towards the bus to Warsaw waiting for us nearby. On

the way someone hit some bonehead’s fuckface, while he was seating with a little mob in a café at a petrol station after he started calling police at sight of anarchists.

Close to Warsaw, lots of police cars passed by, but eventually no one stopped us (as it for 100% would have happened in Russia) and we safely got to the downtown. On the way to the blockade we saw a large group of neo-Nazis waving a Polish flag an shouting something behind us at the other side of the , but somehow they didn’t take their chance to set up a fight as they had promised not long before that in a TVprogram.

Now I would like to speak about the impressions I got at the counter-, or «Alternative», as the organizers called it, demonstration. Not a few were skeptical of this event already a few days before November, 11, as a few thousands of football hooligans had decided to support this actually marginal extreme right wing demonstration — a floral tribute at the Polish nationalist Dymovski’s monument — this year.

By the way, there was not a single bad word spoken about the football hooligans. Even on the contrary, someone said: «10 years ago they were on our side».

Basically, about the blockade.

A huge amount of police vans was at the scene of event. The first thing to surprise me was the presence of both Polish and rainbow flags on the stage. Someone even handed out badges with both flags and inscriptions «11.11.11» on them.

Only well-known liberal activists, who sang flat Warszawianka and shouted «Kolorowa, niezaležna!» all the time, presented at the stage.

Yes, there were fights. Yes, we didn’t let them march the original route but, unfortunately, we let them pass us over with another route, though it was less suitable for them.

insulate themselves off these people. It’s interesting, whether the liberals could have gathered 5000 people to confront 15000 nationalist march participators, but for the work of autonomous anti-fascists from different cities and countries, even in presence of lots of police troops?

Is the main task now to make it unnecessary to spend a couple of months to prepare for a nationalist march blockade and not to compromise with liberals under the flags of government for this, to mind our own projects and to return the support of the working suburban guys fond of football hooligan scene, who «fell among evil companions»?

I also hear that at the very demonstration a fight between some nationalists broke out. One of them started shouting out Nazi mottoes and «casting up» arms, and the others, perhaps, appeared to be less radical and responded it desperately.

It all ended in the evening, and we went to the «Elba» squat with a big crowd, where we were keeping watch all night long, as we were waiting for a possible attack.

As a result, the trip ended without adventures, except for I was late for my plane because of an unhandy public transport schedule. On the other hand, I spent another day with Gdansk activists, with who I shared impressions of the demonstrations just happened and discussed our common plans for the future in a peaceful atmosphere.

Potsdam in which we lived in the left project «projecthouse», is 40 minutes on the esban (the land underground) from the center of Berlin, as a matter of fact it is suburb though Potsdam is a separate city with the population of 350 thousand persons. The city center, is more exact city station, is terminal station of branch S7, one of set of multi-colored lines on the Berlin scheme of trains. Our station carries the fantastic name of «Mycelium», this beginning of Potsdam, an old, expensive, conservative disctrict of the city, huge stone private residences, flower avenues, boat station. Silence, few cars, and only from time to time the lonely bicyclist signals you get off from a bicycle path, and politely says «danke», in shop you are welcomed too. The choice of beer are enormous and the prices are comprehensible, we drank German beer less than for euro, (70 cents ). Here is an ideal place to treat your nervous . Probably here I would began to run in the mornings, to drive on days off in football with local active workers of the left scene, would reach some Russian classics, constantly would improve English, in the evenings would drink strong drinks in the company of hot Spanish people and would start to learn Spanish language, or even would shoot a film, as all around me comprised deep interest, interest to live, having left our fucking country I wanted just to live every minute and it doesn’t matter what particularly you would do.

I imagine how it was lousy for him returning to walk lengthways pissed garages of the microdistrict where you are cut by black cars, and unsteady zombies reach for you, clinking curve teeth – «hear, Zema, add ten roubles».

But I while go on Marlene Dietrich's avenue and to me it is good, it is Potsdam film studio, by the way . Somehow we have climbed there through a fence at night and walked on streets from papier mache, filled the tube , and felt ourselves as heroes of westerns, scenery were approaching.

In Potsdam we were met by our friend Holger, more than a year has passed from the last time I saw him , therefore we speak much, we drink… during a week much the ska-punk group Distemper acts Moscow, and we have conceived «russian-table», small trading tent with vodka and cucumbers, Holger has guided bridges with organizers, «all is equal». The scheme was simple: the glass of vodka and a snack -a small sandwich on a choice: a cucumber, sausage,

cheese. All obtained money goes on our further travel. «Don't even think to buy products» - tells Holger, I will take it on the freegan, and vodka I will shoplift in a supermarket, how many as it necessary…

The freeganism is the whole movement connected with a policy of shops in relation to the goods, to put it briefly some networks of supermarkets expose (usually at a wall, near to cash desks) products at which working life, for an easy approach . As a rule it is racks of plastic boxes with dainties which it is possible to take free… I didn't see any unhealthy agiotage round it, there are no turns, crushes, fights. And products are here, they lie, just take it. If you are hungry. In our country people would kill each other for this… I imagine a picture: the turn in a freebie anticipation, a crush, hates everyone similar, squeal, a floor-mat, someone has seized another, fall, blood, bread nearby. In a dirt… What narrowminded, rude, and mean, very mean people are in Russia… rudeness as a protection of their smelly den… most of all we didn’t want to meet Russian people in Germany.

And bread on the freegan we took very tasty and fresh…

Have taken place in the street, near to the entrance, have dragged a table, have placed ware, cut food. Specially in Russian shop we have bought bank of cucumbers and a bottle of Russian vodka for keeping the standard of manufacturer. To our amazement we have found such grades of Russian vodka which existence anybody from us didn't guess, vodka «Yeltsin» for example was very much remembered.

The assortment on a table though was small, but really various. Gathering abroad, we bought cigarettes, but here there was a miss, I staked on Russian cigarettes to give them as «very good Russian cigarettes», to interest and involve the foreign smoker, but it has appeared that, on the contrary, have frightened off. I have bought «Petr1» (one familiar German, being at us, actively used them), both cigarettes not bad and history as well… But the anarchists who have come on a concert were interested in the history a little, Russian tobacco industry they never met also, they asked just to try – to smoke… «We need the brand!» - My nonsmoking friend told me, like «Bond» and «LM» which are known… on the confused faces of the interested in tobacco of Germans I understood, that it was a fail. But the price has made the business, the pack of cigarettes in Germany costs five euros, we sold it for 3, everybody was happy … In the beginning the people were not interested with our table, it was more important to communicate with friends, to join the atmosphere, to drink the beer … didn't help even Holger’s invitations … But, after some time the people started to show interest .There were a lot of people, in the street the crowd constantly smoked. We hadn't time to serve public, our German friend has gone on a bicycle to shop for more alcohol and food. We were drunk and for spending the night we went to Holger because it was closer, and in the morning, sitting on a balcony, surrounded with Gothic constructions, we hangovered with whiskey, having a snack sandwiches with the crude added some salt forcemeat, «this is national dish», - our German friend encourages us, we exchange glances, we didn’t want to offend him …

Berlin. I love Berlin. Here there is everything, a huge city, it doesn't press, here is easy and free. I advise to visit this remarkable place.

As I already wrote, my friend lived here half a year, and during my first visit he has told me about everything that he has learned, about all nuances and features which he has learned in this time. I seized hurriedly.

Berlin railway stations have two types of trains underground «U-bahn» and land «S-bahn», they are crossed, supplement and combine each other. On «S-bahn» (electric train) for example it was possible to pass through all Berlin, there are no stations, suburban trains, all is carried out by one organism. There no restrictions to access, there are no turnstiles, there are no conductors.

Controllers as well as all other people have working day till five or six evening. An operation of buying the tickets and the further journey: there is automatic machines in which the ticket is bought. The tickets can be several types, we bought АВС which operates on all

types of transport and covers as much as possible time space (there is the time gradation directly influencing the price of the ticket. Journey to Germany is not cheap.

After buying the ticket it is necessary to punch it. We didn’t do it, tried to keep a coupon in his form (hid it so that it wasn’t rumpled) and if it is necessary to show it to the controller. Well, and here you should look like fool. «What? Here the ticket! I don’t understand, I have bought the ticket, here my ticket!!!» Controllers prefer not to communicate with people like that. If controller is picky, ( one my friend told that there was some Russianspeaking controller and he has started to translate «you supposed to punch the ticket» fuck, to whom you tell... well then you just leave at the next station and sit down on the following. The main thing is not to speak in English or German. I thought that this is such a strange system-here buy, here punch... and then I remembered that during the USSR time we had almost the same principle. I have got on controllers just once, in a tram in Potsdam, it’s for my three visits to Germany.

Underground and electric trains work till 3 am, on days off — round the clock, all for people. By the way shops on Sunday don’t work, in general, well because the day off, it is necessary for all to have a rest and for shop workers too. At first it was difficult and strange. «What a fuck?» But then you get used to it, you begin to plan and do shopping in saturday, it is just for one day!!! Beer, by the way, always can be bought in snackbars from turks.

To drink alcohol in Germany is not forbidden, it is possible to walk with a rum bottle on the center and nobody will tell you nothing. Police I saw just few times, as well as drunk people (I don’t mean concerts etc, it is natural).

Although the center was beautiful and interesting, it is always attracts the mystery of gates, silence of the forgotten squares, muddy water of bypass channels... For us such areas became Turkish quarter called Kreuzberg. Turks live in Berlin for a long time. I was in museum where the separate big area has been devoted to it, or the whole museum... the fact is that I didn’t understood anything....

Here in streets you will never meet tourists, sometimes you are overtaken by the guy on a bicycle: «marijuana, hashish.».

Here we have our places, it militari-secondhand, small anarho-shop with the seller on a wheelchair (everybody seen «What to do in case of a fire?»)?, here there is one of the oldest squat in Berlin , and nowadays it is almost legal project which includes a network of workshops, a dining room, a kindergarten(!), and earlier these walls, belonged to no one , have been captured by anarchists which began to equip the independent life. Now, being in this beautiful place, in it hard to believe in that. The project is called «Rainbow factory».

In Kreuzberg also is situated well-known squat «Kopi», which Alexey Loshak has shown in his program about antiglobalists. «Kepi» still remains illegal squat, constantly make war with neighbourhood car factory which wants to take away the house (and it is the huge multistore house).

And now, having phoned to the Berlin girlfriend, we go in Kreuzbergs, she lives there...

Rovanemi, Leipzig

How we have gone to Leipzig? The matter is that the festival Platform 11″ was take place, on which we (as creative association «Can of Beans») have made a request for participation still was . On casual coincidence in numbers it should have held at once after that seminar on which we were entered in Potsdam, we already rubbed hands... all this leipzig’s people we knew, at festival «Dialogue of Cultures» the vodka large quantity has been in common

drunk. But. The answer has come in which from our group one participant has been invited only. The big festival, is a lot of participants and so on. We were sad not so long, have adjusted bridges with our acquaintances from Leipzig, have found a place to live, have agreed that for us will be punched the cheapest plane back. A skilled companion, who travelled through all Europe, managed for 20еuro fly to Paris and for 1еuro (!!!) To London! The visa has been opened through Finland and operated 90 days (about Finland! We have given laconic and very true description of this country — it is «expensive and boring»). We went through Rovanemi, the plane — in 6 mornings, thought to spend the night at the airport, but it isn’t accepted, for the night the airport is closed —go in hotel. It was necessary to spend the night in the street, to drink vodka near lake, and nights here are not like in Crimea. An allowable weight — 8 kg., for heavier luggage + 20еuro. From above back (it is just at this airline, we flied without problems), therefore we didn’t have much clothes so we were heated only by drinks. The airport is in 7km away from a city (to go on roadsides is impossible, you will take away by police), and from hotels people are took

away for flight by bus, We have reached on such a bus, in the end wanted to escape from the driver (in general there was a hope that cost is included into hotel accommodation), but it was necessary to pay 7euro for one person (!) to not heat up the situation and to depart without problems.

And so Leipzig. To one of us as to the participant the festival paid for everything— residing a food, all moving, including internal. As for us, we should reach independently and our participation in festival was in doubt, here opinions were

divided (though I have personally sent some letters to organizers, and have received the affirmative answer (without compensation of expenses).) Nothing was clearly, the main thing that we had a place to spend a night, we have earned the money on «russian table» and bought some provisions, we were ready to any deals. Have decided to go hitch-hikied.

From Potsdam to Leipzig 200 km, but here cost of the ticket for a train hasn’t added optimism. Our participant was taken away to Lepzig by the bus from airport «Тegel», in Berlin, it appears, many the international participants arrive to Berlin. We all have decided to go by this bus. As in movies we were waited by the person with the plate «the Platform 11» — We are going on festival. — a platform 11? — Yes, yes, a platform 11! To Leipzig. — please, please. — Danke — danke ...

And here we have loaded our backpacks into luggage, I stand with a beer bottle in a hand, the late evening, in five minutes the bus will go and suddenly, I understand one very unpleasant thing. The plane back is from Berlin, we should will return here some days before departure, to be entered in projecthouse and consequently I has left to Kristian, the coordinator of the project, the book whom I took for Russian trains and here I understand that in one of them lie the money, well almost all my money, in that is the sum which I should give to our aviatraveller Gregsu for tickets that he has already bought to us... It was the crap. But, what we supposed to do... it is even cool, tomorrow I will go hich hike. I have returned in Potsdam, was stop in Holger’s appartment, since the morning we went on football, the children’s team, at which Holger is coach. Then Holger went with me to the track, I have drawn on the back side of some poster «LEIPZIG»

I was picked up by the native Iraq men, who doesn’t not speak English, I don’t know German, we have abruptly communicated.

In Leipzig I have asked a mobile phone and was met by my friends.

We have joined festival, having mixed up with a crowd, there was a lot of familiar people. We have registered in working group «street theater», have been put on a contentment in a dining room (in the left project) have adjusted communication with our place for a night and have definitively relaxed...

The program passed (and there we where for 10 days) as follows: the group gathers (everyone has the working space) and create some interesting things. Then guys from the project bring a dinner by the car, it is natural they prepare it for all participants of festival. Had having dinner, we go to an interesting place till the evening, and after that arrangements started.

We had cool working group! Our familiar Belorussian guys from «Free theater», Ben from «Radical hippie», already our buddy too, they came with a concert in frameworks of «Dialogue of cultures», German Polish girl , soul of the company Barbara, the actress from Leipzig Linda and slightly cosmic coordinator Jan. Laugh was constant.

We decided to make a huge doll from any stuff and suits to ourselves and arrange such procession on streets of Makliberg (it is the small town at once following from Leipzig, through park to some museum (absolutely empty huge building with circular ladders). And a museum like ours, there we were waited already by the guys (no exhibits there were present, it is just like everyone named it). More shortly it’s like a mess, that is necessary! We had a dinner , was lot of people, the holiday was great, with fire-show, dances in the rain (which didn’t enter

into the program), huge spaces of «museum», a considerable quantity of alcohol and good mood (there were people which have brought us, wet and drunk home, well somewhere from where we could reach to it , I don’t remember). The holiday has gone right! A few words about Marliberge, is more exact about park in which there live nutrias. It certainly true!

Nutrias absolutely domestic, they approach to you and if you show to them interest, I mean you give some food for them, they can climb to you on knees, such they amusing. And there was the whole settlement of them about 50. We even have composed a song — «My nutria». They have pleased us strongly, the fact. In our country they would be killed at once...

Some information about our workplace. It squat G16 (on the first letter of street and house number), earlier it was the factory, and then it was captured by punks. Here a few of words about that as it is all occurs (now it is legal squat).
