I am a financier with almost 15 years of cumulative solid experience around corporate finance, valuations and transactions mainly with Big 4 Audit firms; I am a professional with strong business development, project management and communication skills, deep technical knowledge covering several sectors including banking/FIG, shipping, industrial corporates, real estate and energy/utilities, backed up by professional qualifications that add to ethics and integrity. I have solid experience in financial modelling including DCF, DDM, M&A -Accretion/Dilution, and LBO modelling. I am currently an IB Director at Investment Bank of Greece, a leader in investment banking in Greece; I am always open to new challenging opportunities in IB/PE internationally, as my next milestone career move.
