The thought of Delhi Smart City has generated a new level of excitement in the real estate sector of the city. The Government has hired consulting firms to build world class smart cities. Delhi is a walled city with number of illegal colonies and unplanned societies. While considering the lifestyle and environment of the city, the Modi led NDA Government decided to give Delhi a smart makeover.

This firm will develop the city on a whole, but people’s living standard raise according to locality, atmosphere, neighbourhood and social behaviour. The infrastructure will be developed by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) with guidance from the KPMG firm.

Well, all this was about the overall development of Delhi. But, what about the residential part of the city.
