Subtex, introduced by Anutone a year ago, has been a huge success. A smooth-surfaced, lightweight tile, with none of the usual pinhole or worm-like patterns, ensures soothing aesthetics and high light reflectance. Anutone is back with two variations in Subtex to suit different types of applications: Subtex R for rugged and tough installs and Subtex S, Slim tiles for budget projects. Subtex R AnutoneSubtex R is a rugged, robust ceiling tile which combines a smooth white surface with very good properties in the areas of acoustics, fire safety and humidity resistance. This is just what you want for a very durable ceiling construction. The different edge details in AnutoneSubtex R provide opportunities for semi-concealed ceilings as well as standard visible grid.
Comparison of Subtex R & S with Subtex
Subtex S AnutoneSubtex S is designed for areas requiring good NRC sound absorption with equally high light reflectance or light absorption. They are 0.8 NRC ceiling tiles that are economical for budget projects.
