Slim Plus POLYFIBRE WALL PANELS
Synth, the polyfibre division of Anutone, expands the Slim Series with yet another innovative and practical product Slim Plus - core-pigmented, high-density Synth PF panels. After Slim PNS, the peel-and-stick 600x600x10mm tiles, and Slim Compo, the 1200mm wide rolls in 25m length and 12mm thickness, comes Slim Plus as 1200x2400x10mm, 220~230kg/m3 density panels. Tiles, rolls and now panels, the ecosystem has it all! Slim Plus, because of its rigid matrix and large-format, has the ability to transform drab, boring walls into bright, tackable, acoustical surfaces that look good and sound great, quickly and easily. A real practical and economical solution that works conveniently for post-occupancy troubleshooting also. The great number of colour options (currently 18!), edge options in bevel or radius, fire and moisture resistance, make this product a winner all the way. Slim Plus can be used on masonry or drywalls like Tufbloc, in any kind of space - offices, education, hotels, homes, corridors.

Score the panel with a sharp knife to the required dimensions 4

Bend the panel as shown in picture to reveal the bottom uncut surface 5
For outer/inner corners, do not cut the bottom surface, rather bevel the edge 7

First one edge and then the other corresponding edge with a planer 8
The V-groove seam bent at right angles to make an outer corner
Now cut off the bottom uncut surface with a sharp knife as you would cut paper
Now you have a panel with a V-groove seam than can be bent either way 9
The V-groove seam bent to make an inner corner come true
