ď ŽThe wonderful fact about affirmations is that; frequently repeated to ourselves, they can convince our subconcious Minds to set about the process to fulfill our desires. Whatever our present state of Mind, repeating strong positive statement to ourselves can reprogramme our Minds to believe these positive statements. Positive mental programming daily, is necessary for us to become positive and confident individuals. Once we develop a healthy self-image and inner strenght, we can achieve anything that we set our Minds to.
