Locking nut covers threads

FEATURES & BENEFITS • Attractive look as the threads are hidden by the locking nut. • Exposed threads can commonly trap corrosive agents (e.g. salt) and therefore tea-stain more easily. By covering the threads it removes this risk and enhances the long-term appearance.

• Fork and Eye terminals are made from 316 Stainless Steel which is then passivated for enhanced corrosion resistance. These are made by the highly reputable manufacturer of structural stainless steel components `Structural Dynamics’.

Fork and Eye terminals each have a laser engraved code for traceability from raw material. The Tie Rods are 316 Stainless Steel. UNF threads allow for more precise adjustment. Fully tested with Tensile & Yield loads available.

A `HIGH END’ ARCHITECTURALLY DESIGNED ROD ADJUSTER. •

A high quality tensioning unit for rod (and cable – see p.101).

Designed for performance and also aesthetic appeal.

Due to its unique internal adjustment system, it can be adjusted individually by turning just one adjuster end, without having to turn the entire rod.

The double locking nut system offers good security to counter external dynamic and resonance forces.

Threads are hidden for enhanced aesthetic appeal.
