SPENT A WHOLE DAY IN A RETREAT 7E ANALYZED THE PRIORITIES FOR CHANGE AND THE NEEDS FOR FUTURE RESOURCE ALLOCATION 3IX PROJECTS WERE IDENTIlED FOUR OF THEM ARE ADDRESSED BY THE STRATEGY PROCESS 4HE OTHER TWO THE LEGAL STRUCTURE OF THE !/ &OUNDATION AND THE REDElNITION OF ELECTION AND ROLE OF THE 'OVERNING "ODIES ARE BEING TREATED SEPARATELY !LL YEAR ROUND BEST PRACTICE &OUNDATION GOVERNANCE WAS HIGH ON OUR LIST 4HE COMMITTEES OF THE !/6! FOR 2EMUNERATION AND !UDIT WORKED EFlCIENTLY 4HE #ODE OF %THICS WAS AGREED AND SIGNED BY ALL MEMBERS 4HE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE &OUNDATION AND THE 'ERMAN !/ WAS OF PERMANENT CONCERN THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE YEAR 4HE DELEGATES OF BOTH SIDES HELD NUMEROUS MEETINGS WITHOUT MUCH SUCCESS 4HE !/6!
