Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division. Experience: Minimum of Ten (10) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in completion and workover engineering and operations. Additional Requirements: Broad knowledge of workover operations Demonstrable capability to analyze and solve complex well drilling and completions problems Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Effective communication skills

Experience: Minimum of Twenty (20) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in drilling, completion engineering, operations and management positions. Experience: Minimum of Fifteen (15) years relevant post degree work experience (includes National Youth Service) in Drilling, part of which must be sub sea well intervention, deepwater engineering and operations. Additional Requirements: Broad knowledge of sub sea intervention operations Demonstrable ability to supervise the execution of sub sea intervention programs Ability to coordinate a multitude of contractors and equipment in a complex drilling environment Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Effective communication skills DRILLSITE MANAGER - DEEPWATER (REF: 2013-DC-08) Qualification: Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering or Sciences with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division or Lower Credit respectively.
