Wellbeing Café / Shop aims to create a wellbeing zone in the campus. Anyone who is visiting the campus or the museum or even passing from the hiking track can have a break in the café. Each guided tour ends with a nice cup of coffee, and a visit to the shop for souvenirs and for gift ideas. The shop is an occasion to buy iconic outlet samples, blueprint posters, old photos of the campus area, and also it is possible to find recycled gadgets /jewelry.
Methaphor for Company Data and Information Visions room is located at the terrace of the administration building. It has been thought to create a final reflection and a conclusion to the visit. Metaphorically, from the stand-point it is possible to see the past (Feller family mansion), the present (current campus) and the future (the horizon). The company‘s vision (future) – mission (present) – values (past) poster will be redesigned and placed on a glass surface which elaborates in the landscape to emphasize the metaphors. It creates a moment of reflection for the visitors, and also for the employees.

Current Information Categories The billboard is a metaphor to visualize the current situation in the campus. It contains our analysis on the visual language of comuncation in Feller. You can find these collected images in the additional document.
Carry Out and Carry Around
07
It is a curated place where the current models are presented. Feller has the occasion to present their futuristic concepts, their current research to the visitors. The visitors may already create orders/wishlists in the showroom through their smartphones using the provided application. With the iPhone the user scanns an outlet with the camera. A video of ambientation starts showing a decorated room with that specific outlet. The user can add the outlet to his wishlist or order through the application. By using the new technologies and visualizations of their tagline „Feller in every living space“, Feller creates a „carry out“ and „carry around“ experience for their visitors.

Feller in jedem Lebensraum 12
The new museum in Horgen is situated on the Feller campus. It hosts the history of the Feller as a company and also the history of the outlets as design objects; as well as the sculptures from Frau Feller. Several curated installations in the museum express the tag line „Feller in every living space“ through the decades. The outlets appear in a living environment together with other iconic design products of that decade. 01 History of Feller as a company (Focused on the dates and working situation in the past) 02 History of Feller outlets as design objects (Focused on the materials and its appearance in the living space) 03 Video installation which shows the historical and important moments in Feller‘s time line. 04 Sculptures of Frau Feller 05 Time Travel Machine By looking through the binoculars you can explore the certain perspective of the past by comparing it with the current view. The tool is placed on the campus wherever interesting historic photographs exist.

Understanding Quality 11 Guided Tour with Guide Manual The guided tour is based on the expertise and the interests of the visiting group (Architects, Dep. Planners, Electricians, Business Associates, Employees). There are different trails which include different stops (Analogically to a metro map). In order to create a standard tour format, a guide manual which contains all the necessary information and a checklist to assist the guide during the tour has to be prepared.
12 Guide Book and the Map When visiting a new city, the first thing is usually getting a map, and a guide book to get the best out of the experience. Therefore we idealized a similar experience for the Feller visitors. The book contains information about the tour, the campus and Horgen, including success stories, history of Feller, and as well hiking and biking routes in the area. Detailed explanations and illustrations are a part of the book for the people who are interested to enlarge their knowledge after the tour. The book also contains a selection of the Feller products and serves as a catalog.
The production halls are the heart of the guided tour. They are the connection of the long tradition, the quality, the motivated employees and future oriented swissness. Esthetical synchronization of all the communication elements is the key focus in this area.
16 Signage System in the Campus
13 Visitors Information Zones
14 Information Boards
The big part of the guided tour takes place in the production halls. This should be an environment where it would not appear as a manipulated zone but it would remain as a productive factory. Therefore, we suggest the use of corridors as information zones to the visitors without disturbing the workers. The zones are marked graphically to indicate the points of interest to the group, it also inspires the guide in the space. These zones are curated with information boards, graphics and/or videos to provide information to the visitors.
One of the important features of the guided tour is the use of the Info Boards to illustrate the visitors information. Our proposal is to re-design the existing boards specifically for the visitors on the correct places in a clean and standardized form and create a distinct separation from the worker‘s boards graphically and also relocating them for the needs. The visitor info boards contain products of a department, produced piece counters, videos, illustrations and photographs of employees, data, visible and invisible processes. There are also scan codes for visitors to collect the info board content, to be able to show them next day in their office. The employee information boards should be flexible, easy to change and standardized.
In the proposal, we adapt the current identity, e.g. one-line signage grammar that has been used in the company presentation and extend its use to the campus. The synchronization of these elemets esthetically and coherently is one of the important milestones to tidy up the current situation in the Feller campus.
17 Conclusion When the tour ends in the Production Halls, we propose a personalized gift of quality: to emphasize the fact that the Feller products are done in a customer-oriented way, in the Feller Campus, and also to create a personal experience with the brand and the visitor. The gift is a physical item that the visitor takes home, to show and to tell about his presence to the others. The logo and the personalized message on the outlet, which is boxed and labeled with the red strap of Feller quality control. This special gift is the proof of the unique Feller production-guided-tour experience.
15 Visible Success Stories During the tour, the guide tells the stories about Feller‘s history and products. By doing so, it creates an emotional impact over the visitors. He develops his guidance through success stories, iconic moments, hard decisions and personal stories. This way, the emotions gets bigger towards a dramatic experience and establishes a personal attachment between Feller and the visitors.
