CURRENT PLAN REVIEW PROCESS

1st Submittal Government Review Comments Resubmit

Developers and civil engineers will propose a site plan to a city or county for approval.

Cities and Counties have a certain amount of time to review the project.

30-180 days

The government entity will relay the comments to the developer as to what they can or cannot do, dependent on the Land Development Code.

The developers will then resubmit to the jurisdiction repeatedly until the plans are fully in compliant.

HOW CAN AUTOREVIEW.AI HELP?

The development of AutoReview.ai technology is to reduce the back and forth of the permitting site plan review process. The Machine Translation (MT) to NLP provide the mapping structures as to transfer the rules within the LDC to the AI generative response and computational linguistics to identify why the site plan is not in conformance with the local jurisdiction LDC.

Pasco County

In February 2023 Pasco County got Board of County Commissioner Approval to be the first County to implement AutoReview.ai.

Hernando County

Implemented AutoReview ai in September and are now partnered to expedite the permitting process with AutoReview.ai.
