Asia-Pacific Development Center on Disability” (APCD) is a regional center on disability and development established in Bangkok, Thailand as a legacy of the Asia and Pacific Decade of Disabled Persons, 1993-2002. Working with more than 30 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, APCD is under joint collaboration of the APCD Foundation and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
